Perfect place for a weekend break

We have stayed before, property clean, everything we needed was there. Jane even brought us some scones that she had just baked! So so kind! Fabulous location.

amazing location

amazing location, huge bonus of parking space in such a central location, very self contained with everything you need for a comfortable stay, super easy instructions for entry and check in, host was great. Zero issues

Great location, great base for surfers or explorers. Pleasant place to stay!

Very close to the beach (2 min walk), and directly opposite a Co-Op, plus touristy shops and take-aways also 2 min walk. Great golf-course just up the hill! Good base for exploring South-West. Annex was clean and tidy, good size for a single person or a couple not intending to do much cooking on-site.

Internet connection was very patchy, both wi-fi and mobile. As a result the supplied TV did not connect very well to the wi-fi (cut in and out) or terrestrial channels - plus every time I switched the TV on, I had to re-find the correct wi-fi (it didn't seem to remember) and re-enter the wifi code to get it to connect which was a bit of a faff - could possibly do with a tech/telly and wi-fi re-think if poss! Not a deal breaker if you don't intend to use it, but could help improve the experience in the evenings.

Great apartment in a great location with a super host.

Great location situated a few minutes from the beach. Very clean with everything you would need including, yea, coffee and milk in the fridge. Great host where nothing was too much trouble.

There was nothing not liked.

Small but very comfortable!

Small but had everything I needed for a comfortable overnight stay. Nice touch to have biscuits and milk in after a very long and wet walk along the Coastal Path. The instructions to find and access the property were clear and easy to follow.

Exceptional

It was very cute, compact but everything you would need. High quality furniture and bedding made it exceptionally comfortable. Ideal location not far from the beach and directly across the road from the CooP. Ideal for those walking South West Coast Path.

The location was perfect and had all the facilities we needed.

The Wi-Fi wasn’t great and the tv didn’t work but we didn’t come on holiday to play on our phones or watch tv so it didn’t bother us

only a short 2 night stay, but very very clean and facilities covered

perfect location for town and beach Yorkshire tea was a nice touch

would’ve liked access to both sides of bed, but that is really nitpicking. no real complaint

The perfect stay!

Everything was just perfect for what we needed during our stay! The location is absolutely perfect, with the quickest walk to both the shops, restaurants and the beach. The room was very spacious for the two of us and the facilities were great. Everything was catered for - you could even cook your own meals with the utensils provided and appliances. Netflix was included on the TV which was perfect after a long day out in the ocean! We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely choose this place again.

Amazing stay! Certainly recommend!

Amazing accommodation, great location and speedy communication from hosts. Helpful hosts that allowed slightly earlier check in. Even had Netflix available on the TV which was fab to chuck a film on with our tea and relax in the evening. Great touch of biscuits, milk etc... Facilities to cook and comfy bed! Will definitely let family and friends know and love to come back and stay again!

Loved the location and proximity to both the town and the beach

The only slight issue was not being able access the bed from either side, but understandable based on the compact nature of the apartment.
