We loved breakfasts and hotel restaurant dinners.
I didn't like the lack of a communication channel or the lack of a working one with booking.com before our trip. We needed to cancel a room reservation, but the booking.com site didn't allow it - the text out of time always appeared on repeated attempts! I got the impression that this (time) was intentionally set so short. Booking.com doesn't allow you to change a reservation through the hotel. And communicating with booking.com through their provided communication channels also doesn't work. It's not possible to communicate with booking.com via e-mail, you can't send an email, there's no address.

The restaurant has the best pizza I've ever had (Italian style). The breakfast was simple, but very tasty. The room was comfortable and perfect for an overnight.
I had come from a 4 star resort in the Carpathian Mountains... This was better in every way.

It was great to chat with staff. They explained everything before we came. The room was quite spacious and looked nice. We came at a time when reception didn't work so our check-in was smooth and fast. Breakfast was on time and delivered in room.
Not very comfortable beds. Mattresses have to be changed already. Breakfast without choice and some products are low quality
