Beautifully located in the Sweetwater subdivision of Garden City, this cozy log cabin offers gorgeous views of Bear Lake from its wrap-around deck! You'll enjoy all the atmosphere of a mountain cabin, with a lovely setting and and plenty of deer and wild turkeys passing through, yet you'll still be close to all that Bear Lake has to offer. Enjoy a large living area with an open kitchen, a downstairs kids' room that attaches to a game room with air hockey, and close proximity to the Bear Lake Golf Course. What's nearby: This home sits four miles south of downtown Garden City, just half a mile from the Bear Lake Golf Course. You'll be a few minutes' drive from dining, shopping, and the famous Bear Lake raspberry shakes in town. The Garden City area offers wonderful year-round fun, with countless beaches, marinas, and hiking and biking trails in the summer and hundreds of miles of snowmobiling and skiing trails close by in winter (including Beaver Mountain Ski Area 16 miles west). There is never a shortage of things to do! Things to know: Full kitchen If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 3. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. We really loved how roomy this home was for our family for our Christmas retreat. The porch, even in the winter, was a favorite. And the view of the lake was splendid.

We really enjoyed our 4 days at this cabin - it was very clean (and I am picky) and was well-stocked. I would 5/5 recommend this cabin and would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay in Bear Lake at this cabin. It is extremely clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and the fall colors from the balcony were beautiful. They had a lot of toys for our kids to play with which was a huge plus. The air hockey table was also a wonderful surprise. I will definitely be staying here again and highly recommend it to any family.

Great cabin for a small family. Only 5 min drive to public beach at Bear Lake. Very well stocked with towels, cleaning and cooking supplies.
Only knock against the property is that the AC only goes down to 74. That can make the upstairs master & loft stuffy unless you temp outside allows you to open the windows.

Fabulous house in a great location. So enjoyed the area for activities, but mostly enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evening with a glass of wine watching the sun go down on the mountains on the other side of Bear Lake

The home is beautiful and very clean. The only problem I had was the beds are hard and the sofa’s sank in. If they replaced these things I would stay here again and again.

Great place with plenty cozy space inside and outside. Our boys loved the air hockey table and my little girls loved that there were kids toys and books. Amazing view of the lake from the deck. Will be coming back in the future

Beautiful clean, cozy, big cabin in subdivision by bear lake. Very quiet and comfortable. Owner had everything you needed if you forgot something. Dirt steep roads up to cabin, if you are pulling a big boat think about renting a boat slip during your stay. Didn't need to communicate with property manager.

Best equipped kitchen. The view of the lake was incredible. Enjoyed watching the sunrise. Beds/ couches are well worn- but that wouldn’t stop me from coming back.
