Located in Jurien Bay, this lovely house for $131 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Chitta Chitta Jurien Bay Western Australia. ** if you have to cancel your booking at any time due to Covid travel restrictions, we give full refund This Family Holiday House is located on a quiet street, close to parks and walking distance to shops & the beach (approx. 600m). Large enough to accommodate the extended family or a couple of families. Chitta Chiita is an older style home But fitted out with everything you'll need to enjoy your family getaway and minimalizing what you need to bring with you. There is amble parking for cars and boats on the long double concrete driveway (we ask you don't park on the grass) . The secured back yard is grassed and equipped with outdoor table and chair and gas BBQ. Out the front is an outdoor lounge where you can sit under the veranda and enjoy your morning cuppa tea. Minimum stay 1 night during the week. Minimum stay Fri & Sat 2 nights Inside the house has 5 bedrooms... can sleep max 10 Adults & 2 children (12 people) Bedroom1: King Bed Bedroom2: Queen Bed Bedroom 3: Queen Bed Bedroom 4: 2 x single Beds Bedroom 5: 1 x king single Bunk Bed. 1 x single w trundle 2 bathrooms, Bathroom #1:small bathtub under shower, Toilet and basin . Laundry :shower and basin 1 seperate toilet Split system aircon/heating in living room, ceiling fans in bedrooms Wall mounted TV in living area Bedroom 1 & 2 have TV's dvd players, DVD's, Books, games, toys The kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans, serving platters, toaster, kettle, toastie sandwich maker, microwave, dishwasher Linen IS PROVIDED inc sheets, doonas, pillows, bath towels 2 x bath mats, 2 tea towels ( this is at a cost of $99 which is added at time of booking) You need to bring BYO Beach towels BYO face washers BYO extra tea towels and bath mats The lawn reticulation will come on Mon, Wed & Fri mornings. Please do not tamper with retic times. Instant Gas HWS is located at the rear of the property. If the Hot water runs out it probably means the gas bottle has run out. There is always a spare gas bottle on site - BUT please when you flick the tap to the new gas bottle please notify the owner so the empty gas bottle can be replaced (No charge to you) Rubbish Bins are collected early Tuesday morning. During your stay please place rubbish bins on verge Monday nights, and when leaving the property at the end of your stay (even if its a Fri or Sat or Sun) PLEASE leave the bin out for collection on verge. We put allot of time and effort into maintaining the lawns PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON THE GRASS No vehicles allowed in the back yard. We understand accidents happen and sometimes things get broken.... that's ok - please just notify us so we can replace them and have Chitta Chitta presented well for our next guests. You will not be charged for accidental breakages. Money will only be deducted from your Bond for malicious damage to property or if the property if left in disarray and/or extra cleaning is required. We ask that you leave the property clean and tidy. ALL dishes must be washed and put away . Beds DO NOT have to be made. Leave towels in the bathroom and linen on the beds ( they will be striped and remade by cleaner after your departure) BBQ MUST be CLEANED!! Chitta Chitta has septic tanks - PLEASE DO NOT FLUSH anything extra down toilets . PLEASE DO NOT tip fat or oil down kitchen drain (put it in a sealed container & in rubbish bin) We want you to enjoy your stay at Chitta Chitta and will be available to answer any queries or questions you have regarding your booking

Absolutely loved the place, so much space and so accurate to the descriptions it felt like a home away from home, short stay from shops and beach. This was a last minute getaway for us with our friends and our babies and chitta chitta catered to all our needs. Kerrie was an awesome host and quick with replies when we needed help. Will definitely be back to stay again.

It was perfect for our extended families to stay well equipped kitchen and utensils, bbq Large sheltered verandas to sit on .Very comfortable beds nice hot shower lawns were beautiful for grandkids to play and run around on .Would highly recommend for large families and friends certainly not in each other’s way in the house.Host very quick with responses to questions.

We stayed at Chitta Chitta for the night and it was perfect for our group. We are varying ages but all work together. We walked to the hotel for dinner and then cooked our brekkie on the barbie.

We loved our stay. We had 3 families and the house was full but we weren’t on top of each other at all. Great set up. Only negative we had was not being able to park on the front lawn and having to park the boats and cars on the empty block next door. We will definitely be back to stay though. House was equipped with everything.

Great quiet location, close to the beach
Ample accommodation for two to three families (we were 9 adults and a baby). Spacious with a fully enclosed back yard which is mainly lawn. Plenty of off road parking. Linen / bedding was provided. Would thoroughly recommend this property.

Great Family Holiday Home
We recently stayed at Chitta Chitta for the Australia Day long weekend. Had an amazing time. The house accommodated all 5 Adults and 4 children. Lots of space and bedding for all. Children loved the outdoor space to ride their bikes and play outdoor sports. Adults loved that they could sit back relax and watch from the back and front verandah's. Would highly recommend and would stay again. Owner was lovely and responded to my queries immediately. Nioby McGrath

Amazingly perfect
This house is by far one of the best homes we have stayed in, with 3 young children it was huge and perfect, it had absolutely everything we needed and could want. It is is a great location and very quite. Everything was perfect we cannot wait to go back.

Beautiful well kept house and property with heaps for the kids to do.
We had a fantastic time at this beautiful house, there was plenty of room for all the family and the property had everything u could ever need and even toys and blocks to heap the little ones entertained. So close to the beach just a few minutes walk, we will definitely be keen to stay here again.

Chitta Chitta Jurien Bay - Great place to stay
We had a very enjoyable stay at Chitta Chitta in Jurien Bay, it easily accommodated our family of 11 - 6 adults and 5 children and the house was very clean, beds very comfortable and all linen provided plus being well set out for a large number of people. Plenty of space in the back yard and very well maintained for the kids to run around. Kerrie was very helpful in every respect from booking, to receiving information and making sure we were happy and needed nothing. There were games and toys in the cupboard and plenty of room for us all to eat together around the large table. We would certainly return, thanks so much Kerrie we all enjoyed our night in your great house.
