Gabriel is a nice guy who always is in touch. Apartment is two bedroom with a hallway bath. Modern and updated fixtures. Kitchen was well stocked and plenty of towels and beach chairs. Take elevators down to beach, just past the pool and two playgrounds. Beach is spacious and not crowded in February. Lounge chairs and umbrellas available. Very walkable neighborhood with 24hr Walgreens across the street. We went for the beach so didn’t rent a car and never felt we needed to. Plenty of restaurants across the street including beach front restaurants. Location near airport is convenient but rarely did we hear loud airplanes. Next time we need a place to stay IN PR I’ll be reaching out to Gabriel first!

Loved the location, view, ...really everything! Close to both casual restaurants...try the sausage pizza across street and higher end Patio de Flores and Costa Azul. Flores for amazing cocktails...and costa, just WOW! the pasta and sangria. The beach view is perfection; even better than pictures, and the access super convenient. Apartment has everything you need. We were here working remotely and enjoying beach. Easy Uber to Old Town. Check out Mezzanine there. Will definitely be back.

This was the perfect spot for us to escape the chilly winter. The beach and pool are beautiful and well kept, and we loved sitting on the balcony in the evenings. Close to San Juan, Condado, Piñones, and easy to buy the things we needed.

This property was the perfect location close to the beach and several options for restaurants all within walking distance. If you want to venture out the Ubers were all under $10. We've stayed at several VRBO's among others and Gabriel was the best communicator we have ever had. I felt very at ease knowing I could reach out at any time if I had questions.

If you are looking for a million-dollar view for a view days, this is your place. Gabriel is a great host and very responsive. The place is clean, the kitchen has everything you need, the beds are comfortable and has plenty of beach accessories (beach chairs a big bonus). I hope to make it back some day.

This was the perfect location. My wife wanted long walks on the beach, I wanted some scuba diving, and my sons wanted some nightlife. This place is close to everything. Plus a great neighborhood for meals, groceries and sundries! We plan to recommend it to friends and family.

It was a simple process booking the unit aided by the outstanding communication of owner manager Gabriel. Arriving and Checking in was very clearly communicated. With parking and unloading it was important to follow the details and once we got our bearings we never had any issues. It is a very secure property right in the middle of of a beautiful section of beach. The pictures are accurate but they don’t capture how great the views are from all rooms and balcony. Definitely walk the beach to appreciate the location. The condo is extremely clean and well maintained. The owner takes great pride and has done a nice job decorating and making it a functional masterpiece. We found everything we needed right there waiting for our adventures whether it was a beach day or day trip there were towels, chairs, beach bags, coolers and toys all ready for fun. The kitchen is well stocked and I fell in love with the big frying pan. There were plenty of plastic containers for leftovers and we took advantage of having a great place to cook and relax between our dining out meals. Groceries are right down the street or Wal Mart about 5 miles away. Walgreens directly across the street for quick needs. The bed was very comfortable and the room and closet are spacious so it was nice to spread out and not feel like we were living from our suitcases. The property is well maintained and secure the friendly staff is visible and enforces a few simple rules at the pool and kept the premises clean. The condo has great cleaning supplies so we were able to keep it tidy while we relaxed. It is impossible not to track some sand so we appreciated having that stuff available. There was a few nice restaurants right outside the gate and we trekked down to the El San Juan for drinks and sunset one and check out the casino. I can see why this condo gets great reviews, the owner cares and it shows. I would highly recommend this rental property and commend Gabriel for being a super host.

We had an amazing time. The apartment is very well located, it has everything you need, the views are amazing and the central A/C is a must after spending time on the beach. Gabriel, the owner, is super responsive.... ready to help with anything that may come up. We, hope to be back soon and will love to stay here again.

My husband and I brought my daughter and her friend for their senior trip and had a great time. Gabriel was very quick to respond to any questions. We felt safe at this location and plan to stay again at another time. Pizza place next door was awesome a bonus. 😁 Beach view from balcony and bedrooms was breathtaking.

Absolutely perfect for our family of 4. Beach was perfect and lots of restaurants within walking distance. Short Uber ride from the airport or to Condado or Old San Juan. As many people have already stated, this place seems to have everything you need. Beach chairs, beach towels, 2 different size coolers. The view from both bedrooms and the balcony was beautiful! Safe, secure, and convenient. Gabriel was a great host, thank you!

We loved our stay at this Isla Verde property! It was very clean, well stocked, had a large pool, and a beautiful beach. We rented a car to drive to some excursions (all we went to were conveniently within an hours drive from the property) but we were able to walk from the property to many wonderful restaurants and there were several grocery options within a short walk or drive. Thank you for having us Gabriel!

This our 2nd time staying at this property and continues to be just amazing. So clean and all the amenities you need for a fun vacation. The property manager is friendly, very helpful and communicative. We hope to be back again!!

We literally live in one of the safest suburbs in the continental US and I felt exactly the same safety in this Condo, lots of extra security features but we appreciated them. The pictures were 100 % accurate of the actual Condo. If you can’t have fun here and have the time of your life, you probably shouldn’t visit the Island. The $ we saved without sacrificing views or ammenities also allowed us to spend more on snorkeling excursion, parasailing (walk down the beach for that) and shopping in San Juan. I highly doubt you can find a nicer place for this price point that has something for everyone in your group

The apartment was exactly as described and pictured. Well stocked with kitchenware, beach towels, beach chairs and more. It was perfect for our family vacation. Gabriel was a great host and very communicative. We would definitely stay there again.

The condo is very secure. There is security outside the building that is very helpful in getting you checked in. When we reached our floor we found the hallway to be stark and the door to each condo was gated and locked making us question our decision to stay here. We soon found that the gated door was only because of the flow for the contactless and simple entry into the rental properties. When we opened the door we were greeted by the view of the ocean and a spotlessly clean, bright, and airy place to stay. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The condo is well stocked with everything we could possibly need including the beach. Gabriel checked in with us during our stay but was in no way intrusive. I highly recommend staying at this beautiful condo.

Just got home from our 6 night stay. This property has the perfect location and is inn amazing condition. Gabriel the owner is just a txt away with any questions or suggestions. His communication made our stay one of the most enjoyable family vacations we have ever had.

This was me and my family first trip to Puerto Rico and our host Gabriel did not disappoint!! Gabriel was very informative even before we arrived to Puerto Rico and was very helpful! Location is just steps from the beach and it was amazing waking up to a wonderful view everyday!

The condo was even better in person - everything was perfect! It was very clean, updated, beautiful, spacious, and has everything you could need for an awesome beach vacation. It was so nice to have beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, beach towels, etc. available to use. The view from the balcony is amazing!! It was really nice to have a covered parking spot and we felt very safe with the security measures (a remote to enter/exit the garage, and having key fobs to access the pool and beach areas). The condo is in walking distance to lots of great restaurants, as well as several pharmacies and gift shops. The beach in front of the condo is the best that we found on the island - we visited many beaches throughout the island but this beach was the best and most beautiful! Gabriel has been super helpful since the day we asked to stay at his property - answering questions, giving us great info, checking in on us over the course of our stay, etc. Overall, we had an amazing time at Gabriel's condo and I would highly recommend staying here to anybody looking to take a trip to Puerto Rico!!
