This property is located in Aireys Inlets most sought after position having direct access to Sandy Gully Beach. If you are sitting in the living room or out on the deck you can see the waves breaking and the changing colours of the ocean. The property has two bedrooms upstairs and three downstairs and has two separate living areas. In the downstairs living area there is also a separate kitchenette. You can take a morning stroll along the cliff walk up to the Split Point Lighthouse and then enjoy breakfast or coffee at any of the local cafes. The property is walking distance to the general store, hotel and restaurants. Aireys Inlet has magnificent scenery and is the home of the Split Point Lighthouse. Settled in a bush setting its beautiful beaches are nestled between rocky cliff tops. Aireys inlet is adjacent to Fairhaven which is ideal for swimming, surfing and offers 8kms of pristine beach ideal for beach walks through Moggs Creek to Eastern View. The location of the house is perfect. Amazing views. Beautiful upstairs. Downstairs was quite cold and damp. Water rising up walls in one bedroom and ceiling dripping to living room upstairs when it rained.

Views amazing and access to beach perfect. Location great.
Would have liked a few more essentials i.e tea bags, coffee in pantry. No kitchen dish cloth could be found. And had to make own beds with bags of linen. For the price, would have preferred the beds made up.

Great location, OK house
The house has great views and access to the beach.
If you arrive at the house in the dark it’s hard to find the entrance and quite dangerous - especially for older people. Some more lighting and a clear entry path would be good. The bedroom layout was a bit unusual - you have to walk through a bedroom to get to another bedroom. Would be good if you fixed the downstairs bathroom door so it stayed closed.

My adult children, partners and grandchildren holiday at least once a year. This home was perfect for our needs: plenty of room, 2 bathrooms and a lovely open plan kitchen/ living room that was surrounded by full length glass doors leading into the return balcony. And all with stunning views.
We had 2 1/2 wonderful days wandering the beach and pathways, sharing meals and telling stories. Thank you to the owners fir sharing this excellent beach house.

Stunning views from a lovely home.
My adult children, partners and grandchildren holiday at least once a year. This home was perfect for our needs: plenty of room, 2 bathrooms and a lovely open plan kitchen/ living room that was surrounded by full length glass doors leading into the return balcony. And all with stunning views.
We had 2 1/2 wonderful days wandering the beach and pathways, sharing meals and telling stories. Thank you to the owners fir sharing this excellent beach house.

We had such a lovely long weekend at this property. The views upstairs were just beautiful and the fire kept us warm on the cool nights.
The table tennis table downstairs kept the kids (and adults) entertained and the trampoline was a hit too.
The walk across the cliffs (right from the doorstep) was a perfect way to start the day and we even saw dolphins playing in the waves from our vantage point.
And we even managed to have a quick (rather chilly) swim at the beach just across the road.
Such a great part of Airey's Inlet.
We'll certainly be back.

Best location in Airies Inlet

We had a wonderful short stay at this beautiful house that had everything we needed and was in a perfect location with a gorgeous view and a close walk or drive to everything. Communication iwith property manager when we had a question was easy. Would definitely stay again!
