This OCEANFRONT Harbor Island beauty has unparalleled views of the pristine Atlantic Ocean from your living room, master bedroom, & even the kitchen & dining room and is well supplied with all the comforts of home! Sit on your private balcony & enjoy the sounds of the ocean. Just steps to both of the private Cedar Reef pools or a short walk to the Harbor Island Swim & Racquet Club with its Olympic-size pool, tennis & basketball courts, fitness center, children's pool & playground, etc. (all for your personal use, free of charge).
Harbor Island is a gated community with immaculate, well-kept grounds, as well as 3 miles of white sandy beaches to walk or bike on. It was identified by 'Southern Living' magazine as one of the country's 'Top 10 Secret, Southern Beach Escapes'. It is located adjacent to Hunting Island State Park with its fabulous lighthouse. It is only 15 miles from charming Beaufort that you can explore & tour by car, on foot, by horse-drawn carriage, or pontoon boat.
Bike & Kayak Rentals!: Check out Barefoot Bubba's, located next to Harbor Island, for bike and kayak rentals, as well as beach souvenirs.
The Harbor Island pool is open from April 1 - November 1.
Reservations are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.
** Please note there is enough parking for up to 2 vehicles at this property. Parking spaces are unassigned for Cedar Reef Villas **
Harbor Island Owners Association require a gate pass to gain access to the private island. GATE PASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Vehicle gate pass fees are per vehicle, set by the Island and are subject to change. The current rates are; for a day pass $25.00; 2 nights $35.00; 3 nights $45.00; 4 nights $55.00; 5 nights $65.00; 6 nights $75.00; 7 nights $85.00; 8-30 nights $140.00; 31-364 nights $215.00.

Very comfortable beach front condo. Quiet area, comfortable beds, very clean fresh bed linens and towels, as well as lovely softened water. Plenty of room for the 3 of us. The view from the back deck was stellar! A few minor suggestions:1. The info finding the unit needs to be more specific. 2. The door opening info was out of date for the new door locks! A neighbor had to help us. 3. Also, the instuctions could alert future renters to bring a few coffee pods for the first morning.The decor is non-fussy and beachy with the emphasis on comfort. As a clearly well-loved unit, it could use freshened paint, and some attention to the kitchen, but most of us are outside while here. There are plenty of family games for a rainy day. We were very pleased with the minimal unit closing expectations. I would stay here again! Thank you for hosting us!

The location was wonderful, perfect for a getaway for our mothers birthday. Very relaxing!! The rental is a little out dated but was okay. Did not feel or smell clean, marks on ceilings, walls,old shower liner,old beds. You expect these days for a rental to have a just cleaned thoroughly smell with everything going on with covid. We would stay in this area again,but not likley this rental.
