We spent a week in the house and it was simply excellent start to finish. The location is great too. A short path to the beach almost our the front door made it so easy. Everything about our stay was excellent!!

A perfect off season get away. This rental gave us a place on the beach to stay at while we visited family for an early Christmas. The property was clean, and the host was very accommodating. The location couldn't be beat and there were nice Christmas touches throughout the rental.

We had a wonderful stay at the beach bungalow. We took a couple of walks to the beach. Everything is within close proximity that you would need. Wonderful proximity to old Orchard Beach, the airport, and Portland old port we enjoyed sitting by the cozy fire and spending time with family. The house has everything we need and was super comfortable and felt like you were staying with family. Thanks again.

We stayed here in mid-November for ten days. It's a half-block from the ocean, so we took the dog there several times every day. The house is comfortable and well-equipped. Unfortunately for us, most of the restaurants in the area were closed for the season, but we were close enough to Rte 1 and Saco so we still had options.

Deirdre is a gracious host, and the cottage is a perfect, cozy rental. Our family of 4 enjoyed the fall foliage and returned to this comfortable, homey home on Pine Point each evening. Thank you for a wonderful, relaxing stay.

This is our second stay at this fabulous beach house that is a short walk to one of Maine’s most amazing beaches! The check in and out process was a breeze and Deirdre was super responsive to any questions we had. The house is so charming, the neighborhood quiet and the beach is amazing! We will be back!

The house is nestled into a terrific location at pine point, with with a very short walk across the street to the beach. The owner was very responsive during our stay as we had a few challenges with no air conditioning at the property. Overall this was a chance to see family and friends for us and spend time at the beach. The house could use several updates, specifically the mattresses and the furniture were old and not comfortable. We had a fun week and made the best of some of the issues with the property.

The bathtub is the best, as are the front and back decks. Could use some reading lights inside and the couch is not comfortable needing replacement. Walking distance to wonderful restaurants with fantastic views. Beach right out the door. Would stay again.

Great location so close to beach, and with outside space and a yard for pets, we hope to stay again in the future. Our stay was super cozy with everything you could ever need in the off-season including a shovel! Host was easy to communicate with and we highly recommend this property.

This is an older home with a significantly slopping floor in the dining room. It had all the amenities but the shower was really small and the towels need updating. Beds were small but sheets were good. However there weren’t privacy drapes on any bedroom windows especially on the sleeping porch.

This classic, quaint shingle-sided home is in the heart of the fantastic Pine Point neighborhood with beach access an easy few minute stroll away! The house had everything we needed with great indoor and porch spaces. The neighborhood is fantastic for walking around, and you can park your car and leave it parked to get everything you need. The beach is only a couple hundred yards away (if that), and you can walk along the beach for miles. At least during our visit there was plenty of beach left at high tide. Deidre was a great host! Easy to reach and completely unobtrusive. It’s a gem!

We loved our time here. We have a 2 year old dog, a tween and a teen, and the teen's best friend also joined us for several nights. Extended family came over to visit for coffee and a cookout as well. The house feels comfortable and homey, and is well equipped with everything one might need. It is close to the beach and on a nice quiet street. We had a wonderful stay.

We still can’t get over how close we were to our favorite beach! The house was perfect for us and our two small children. Bonuses are definitely the mosquito-free yard and beautiful back deck, laundry and outdoor shower!

Funky, comfy and so close to the beach. Convenient to Portland but it was such a haven that we hated to leave. We were able to prepare a full lobster meal with the kitchen equipment. Hope to be back!

The property is delightfully charming, peaceful, with an artistic feel. It feels like a well loved home. The house is very close to the ocean which you can hear at night when in bed, the walk to the beach is short and sweet. The house has everything you need for your comfort. I loved cooking in the kitchen in the evening, which is well stocked with pots and pans etc. The owner was absolutely lovely, checking in to see if I had arrived, and making sure I didn't need anything. If I had questions she replied swiftly. I look forward to hopefully being able to stay in the house again.

The cottage was absolutely charming, decorated with an artistic flair. Deardra was available to answer any questions and she was very quick to reply. The neighborhood was quiet and, if you like seafood, there are three excellent places within walking distance. This was the perfect getaway for peace and quiet.

With all that's been going on in 2020, a week at this cute cottage in Pine Point was exactly what we needed. D was a fantastic host, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again. We loved the proximity to the beach (literally across the street from the public beach path) and we loved how many restaurants there were nearby.
