The apartment is amazing. They have everything you need. The staff are very helpful, especially David. Our stay at 85 SOHO was absolutely pleasant.

Location, cleanliness, value for money. even property doesn't have stand-by staffs throughout the day but they are friendly.

it's apartment so they don't have on duty staffs to serve all day and night. that might not convenient for early or late check-in and check-out.

A great stay for a honest prize

My girlfriend and i stayed for 14 days at 85Soho, which overal has been a great experience. The apartments are relatively new, with the unfortunate result that it is not well know amongst the taxi drivers, even when using the grab app. But with the Rose Garden Hotel across the street, which helped with navigating and a helpful staff willing to communicate with the gab drivers this was manageable. The rooms were certainly big enough for me and my girlfriend and were decorated quite nicely as well. Additionally, the bathrooms are of a good size with a bath that easily fitted a 6.5” man as myself. Certainly not always the case in Asia and I do have to note that I fell in love with the heated multi functional toilet-seat, definitely something i need to get at home as well :) The Soho is located in a convent area. Everything needed was in the close vicinity and having a convenient store on the ground level really helps as well. In conclusion, we would surely recommend the 85Soho to others. It has simply been a great stay for a honest prize. We will definitely be back coming January, when we will stay another 2 weeks on Yangon.

There is some room for improvement when it comes to the cleaning of the rooms. The apartments are cleaned daily, which is done to an acceptable standard, but I do feel the rooms need to get a better pre-arrival (deep)clean. There was a lot of dust on the top of the closets which really smelled when they were opened. The fact that we found food in some closets left by previous guests did not help, but even the clothing-lockers had a really strong musty smell. We tried to mask this some odor eliminators, which we bought in the supermarket but is still not really beneficial for the smell of the clothing. Another small point was the fact that they were only able to provide one roomkey. A second key would have been favorable at times but this was just a minor inconvenience.
