This apartment was very nice. There are many amenities like a washer/dryer and everything you might need, from toaster to linens and towels, to iron on hand. When we arrived the fridge was stocked with mineral water, beer, wine, and juice for our use and enough coffee for the week. The property manager was very efficient and helpful and regulated the temperature for us. The neighborhood is quite residential but not a far taxi ride to the city center - about 10 minutes. It’s about a 5 minute walk to the Lokalbanhof S-bahn station in one direction and the river in the other. The furniture was comfortable and of good quality, and the apartment is bigger than it appears in the pictures; the main living room area especially. There is a grocery store next door to the building. Be aware, the apartment is on the third floor of a small building with no elevator. However, the building manager was kind enough to bring our considerable amount of luggage up to the apartment for us. Overall, despite the location not being very central, the stay was pleasant and I would recommend it!

The property owner was beyond expectations. Not only she accommodate the 6 of us (2 kids) on a very short notice (24 hours prior to arrival!!), she was warm and welcoming, she was responsive, and she equipped the unit with EVERYTHING needed! We will definitely visit again.
