1. Irreführende Beschreibung der Unterkunft:
Statt einer zusammenhängenden Wohnung mit drei Schlafzimmern handelte es sich in Wahrheit um zwei getrennte Wohneinheiten. Dies beeinträchtigte den geplanten Aufenthalt erheblich.
2. Hygienische Mängel:
In einem der Bäder war die Toilette bei Ankunft mit Blut- und Fäkalspuren verschmutzt – ein völlig inakzeptabler Zustand.
3. Unbrauchbare Duscheinrichtungen:
Keine der beiden Duschen verfügte über eine funktionierende Halterung für den Duschkopf. Eine Halterung fehlte ganz, die andere war instabil und drohte aus der Wand zu brechen.
4. Mangelhafte Warmwasserversorgung:
Die Durchlauferhitzer lieferten entweder kochend heißes oder eiskaltes Wasser. Eine regulierbare Temperatur war kaum möglich.
5. Nichtraucherwohnung mit starkem Rauchgeruch:
Eine der Wohneinheiten roch penetrant nach kaltem Rauch, obwohl sie als Nichtraucherwohnung beschrieben war.
6. Qualitätsmängel bei Ausstattung:
Die als „geschmackvolle Designwohnung“ beworbene Unterkunft war spartanisch mit einfacher Ikea-Einrichtung ausgestattet. Matratzen, Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren von schlechter Qualität und zum Teil stark abgenutzt.
7. Gefährliches, loses Parkett:
Im Wohn-/Essbereich war das Parkett stellenweise lose, was eine potenzielle Verletzungsgefahr darstellt und in unserem Fall zumindest Kleidungsstücke zerstörte.
8. Kindersicherheitsmängel:
Mehrere Schränke und Kommoden waren nicht an der Wand befestigt und stellen dadurch insbesondere für Kinder ein Kipp-Risiko dar. Das Kipp-Risiko von nicht an der Wand verankerten Schränken und Kommoden stellt für Kinder eine ernsthafte Verletzungs- oder sogar Lebensgefahr dar. Die Wohnung ist als Mietobjekt entsprechend vollkommen ungeeignet für Kinder.
