Located in Surfside Beach, this attractive house for $315 per night is a great option for your next break. Dave's Waves is a new construction house located right on a dune. The unique location gives the house a unique feel and privacy. Dave's Waves features four different decks, two master suites each with their own deck, great views, easy beach access, and so much more. Each master suite has a TV, Private bathroom, private upper-level deck, and queen bed. Three rollaway cots can be set up in the bedrooms or living area. The bunk room features a Pyramid Bunk (full on bottom and twin on top) and a twin bunk, a great area for kids to sleep or a couple with kids. Beach access is available via the public walk-over a few houses down at the end of Gulfway Court. Pets are welcome at this home. 2 pets max. w/ a non-refundable pet fee. (ask if additional pets are allowed).

The place had a toilet that didnt flush .the stay was ok the whole group rated it 3 stars much room for improvement specially for the amount we paid for a 3 day stay

My kids and the rest of my family enjoyed our stay at this cozy, dog-friendly beach house. It had everything that we needed, including the smart TV (which we all enjoyed while watching movies). The Property Manager was very friendly and very responsive to my texts.

Daves Waves could not have been any cleaner! Our family enjoyed our weekend together at the beach. There was plenty of room for everyone to have a spot to sleep, although the bunk bed room is a bit "tight". We appreciated all the available storage areas in the kitchen, dining and living rooms. The beach was just a short walk away. We enjoyed spending time on the decks, listening to the waves. The view was beautiful. There was plenty of space for parking our vehicles. We liked the fact that we were at the end of the street, so there was no traffic at all. The check-in procedure made our arrival so simple, without having to go to an additional location; and the same for leaving at check-out time. Thank you for a safe, clean house on the beach.

Property is nicely furnished and close to the beach. My only regret is the driveway/parking area is not paved. All the vehicles get very dirty as the winds blows all this time.
