Our Canyonview apartment has the feeling of a tree house as it sits above Spearfish Canyon. It is conveniently located at 309 Canyonview Lane, Spearfish, SD, a beautiful community close to all things Black Hills. The apartment is a daylight basement with two bedrooms, a murphy bed, and one bath. One bedroom features a king sized bed and the other has a queen. The deck is under construction but it has a good amount usable!! We are available every day for short stays OR if you are a fairly quiet someone or someones :) who would appreciate this lovely apartment and view for a medium length stay through May, 2024 contact us. $1100 a month includes all utilities plus wifi. There is a washer dryer too! Tenant would need to scoop their own snow when we are out of town. No pets or smoking.
