The Northbrook development features an Olympic size pool for the summer months as well as basketball hoops and tennis courts which are just around the corner from this unit. Our family has been coming to North Conway for over 30 years, we’ve made so many memories here that we decided to make it our second home! With attractions like Kahuna Laguna (10 min away) Storyland (10 min away), Settler’s Green Outlets (10 min away), Mt. Cranmore (6 min away!), Attitash (15-20 min away), North Conway Village (5 min away), you’ll never run out of things to do! If you’re a golfer, there are THREE major golf courses within 15 mins from the condo. Let’s not forget the countless locations for hiking, biking, mountain climbing, boating, fishing, etc! We want your stay at Northbrook Unit E-39 to be stress free and enjoyable, which is why we have opted for keyless entry. You will receive a key code to enter instead of having to worry about dropping off or losing keys! All linen is provided including towels. We want our home to feel like your home. We had initially planned a skiing trip, but unfortunately, the weather took an unexpected turn with lots of rain. However, we made the best of it! Our time at the condo was fantastic. We had a lot of fun hiking the nearby trails, indulged in some shopping, and enjoyed some delightful dinners. The condo itself was perfect. The kitchen was amazing to work in, and the overall space was just right for us. Despite the weather, we had an amazing stay, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to create memorable moments.

The condo was as described with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Any questions I had were answered so quickly by the owner. Everything was clean and in good shape. The only negative if I can call it that is the pillows on the king bed were too hard and uncomfortable for sleeping for me personally. But this was rectified by using a different pillow, so not a big deal. Would definitely stay again.

Nice apartment with all the equipment we need comfortable close to the mall and not a long distance from the attraction. It was hot in the first 2 days but it wasn’t air condition so it was warm

Fingers were crossed that our rental and spring skiing weekend would be successful and it was!! We checked in late Thursday and were very pleased with our accommodations! Clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Close to town and shops and 40 minutes from our favorite skiing mountain Bretton Woods. This rental will not disappoint.

We were very happy with the condo we rented! It was well equipped and very comfortable and cozy! Our only suggestion would be they need more hand towels for the guests. Also, the 2 twin beds have very 'noisy' plastic mattress covers on them. We understand that's necessary for little children, but they aren't comfortable for adults. Otherwise we would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a nice, comfy, quiet place to stay on your vacation!

We had a great time in N. Conway area, the Condo was well suited for our needs as we came and went to visit the fall colors. Two types of coffee makers was a nice touch. It was pretty much everything the 3 of us needed. For some reason we didn't have a good address for the condo. We were under the impression it was walking distance to town. It's not on Mechanic street. I don't know where we got that. Very good.
