Very Central location with good pedestrian access. Quiet hotel with very little external noise.
The Hotel accommodation is not exclusive to visiting short-term guests & the provision for longer-Term permanent residents is substantial!
Given there were zero facilities to eat or drink at the Hotel it was great to find the City Square with restaurants & bars located around it.....Was just 75 metres away from the rear of the Hotel.
The Hotel accommodation is not exclusive to visiting short-term guests. there are numerous long-term residents located in this block & the adjacent Residential Blocks.
Parking in the City is hard to find as I'm told the Local Byelaws are purposely designed to dis-courage the use of the cars withing the main Areas. Construction of a building opposite this Hotel prevented access to Sky Hotel Reception Asit was
It also didn't help that having been allocated a parking spot in the underground Car Park below the hotel, I came back on Day 2 to find somebody had dumped a car in MY Spot & it didn't move it for 3 days!!
Reception has no corelating data between allocated spaces / Car-to Room identity....So could not help find the Phantom car dumper" That topic needs revising to use..... Car Registration/ Client/ Room Number for verification???

the room was small but cosy, and i had a small kitchen where i could make my coffee and keep smth in the frige. The staff was nice and they always answered my messages before my arrival.
The heating was almost not working. The room was very small and i had to sleep dressed. After i asked for a second blanket and it was better, but in any way, it is uncomfortable when you take a shower and after feel so cold. I stayed 4 nights and my room was never cleaned during this time. The pillows are just horrible and the matrace was not good. I do not think that this corresponds a 4-stars hotel.
