Great location in the old town. There is a great bar/restaurant on site and a garden out back. Our room had a balcony. Friendly staff.

Central but quiet. Great bar and eating area with good food. Lovely room with several outdoor areas. Good wifi
Was very hot in chiang mai so cold shower ok but no hot water

The location was great and having a bar and restaurant on site was great (price and quality)
We had a room at the front of the establishment, it was nice to have a balcony to people watch from, but a little bit noisy for a good night's sleep.

Spacious balcony, comfortable bed. Unique style. Great location
Very lazy and unfriendly staff: they were constantly on their phones, not attentive to customers and rarely replied when I said 'sawatdee'. Only ever saw them sitting down playing on their mobiles.
No atmosphere in hotel, poor shower quality
