From the moment we arrived, to find a building site opposite the villa and contractors working from 7am until sometimes 3am even on Christmas Day to find them arriving at 7am was horrendous and upsetting. We also sent an email to the property managers with various other complaints from water leaking through that roof to TV’s and dishwasher not working however these did get resolved.

A nice property with decent amenities, but requires some attention to maintenance. 1. Powder room toilet does not refill. Flapper does not close properly, needs to be adjusted. Guests need to remove tank cover each time they flush. 2. Pump pressure tank needs to be serviced. Pump runs every time a tap is turned on, including at night, when it can be heard from master bedroom any time another guest goes to the bathroom. 3. Fridge does not cool properly. We had to discard multiple bottles of coconut water and significant quantities of food due to spoilage. 4. Washing machine has internal damage that needs to be fixed for it to work properly.
