Villa Belvedere is suitable to comfortably accommodate 8/10 people, having three double bedrooms, a double room on the ground floor with a bunk bed, a double sofa bed very convenient to open and close, and 4 bathrooms in total. The property is accessed through a characteristic staircase made of local stone, leading to the garden, which thanks to its elevated position guarantees total privacy, as it is not visible from the road. A spacious outdoor living veranda, where you can eat or simply relax on armchairs and rocking chair, leads to the entrance of the ground floor, where you will find the two-level living room with dining table, corner sofa bed and entertainment area with 43" 4K Smart TV with sound system and satellite decoder, which allows the viewing of all Italian digital terrestrial channels and many foreign channels, as well as the possibility to access streaming channels. GEREMEAS RESIDENCE Geremeas Residence is a private condo, the perfect place to spend your holidays in total tranquility and safety. There is the presence of a caretaker and most of the houses, as well as access to Marongiu Beach, are protected by automatic gate. This allows the central part of the beach to remain enjoyable even during the peak season, as being farther from public parking areas. The condo was built in the 70s by a well-known architect. The characteristic white houses have the same architectural setting, while they are different from each other and are surrounded by large gardens, providing privacy, shaded areas and outdoor relaxation.
