Located in the desirable Upper Queen Anne neighborhood, steps from all the attractions. 50+ Restaurants, 12+ coffee shops, shopping, all within walking distance. Queen Anne is an infamous walking neighborhood in the heart of Seattle, 5 minutes to downtown. An urban oasis of unique coffee shops, restaurants, shopping and a weekly farmers market. Tastefully remodeled three story Craftsman home, with a modern touch. Completely remodeled kitchen, bathrooms and living areas, while keeping period touches. Spacious living and dining area with flat screen TV, complete second living area in the downstairs floor, featuring a sectional sofa, futon, flat screen TV, private bedroom, bath and full sized laundry. A great outdoor patio with BBQ, two tables with seating for eight, off street parking and a carport. Couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families welcome! The entire home has been professionally furnished, all linens, furniture, kitchen items are newly purchased. It is completely stocked with all amenities you would need. Please don’t request my home is you lack reviews with travel apps. Thank you

This charming house was just as pictured. We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. Kathy was quick with responses when we had a few questions throughout our stay. We enjoyed the outdoor sitting area in the back yard. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. There is a small market right down the street for any grocery items you might need. We went there several times….it was so convenient!

The house is in a great location and is a nice Queen Anne Hill home.
Unfortunately, we never connected well with the owner and felt like we were doubted and monitored from initial contact. We spent time in home cooking dinners and playing games in the evening as a family and made sure we treated the home with care and respect. Unfortunately, after check out we were unfairly accused of leaving the home in disarray and charged an additional fee. Unfortunately, this seems to be non-negotiable even though we have no documentation of any of the findings and can say, with all honesty, we took care of the home while we were there.

Great location—difficult property management
The house is in a great location and is a nice Queen Anne Hill home.
Unfortunately, we never connected well with the owner and felt like we were doubted and monitored from initial contact. Unfortunately, after check out we were unfairly accused of leaving the home in disarray and charged an additional fee. Unfortunately, this seems to be non-negotiable even though we have no documentation of any of the findings and can say, with all honesty, we took care of the home while we were there.

When a widow broke in a closet (yes a closet) when I hung one suit on a rack I immediately got tape to prevent weather damage and to eliminate falling glass. The reason the rack came loose from the wall was due to an old anchor. I had both a deposit and paid extra for the insurance. Upon our return the owner took the money from the deposit and left me to deal with the insurance company. Normally the owner or the owner and the traveler would deal with the insurance company. After three months I still do not have my money (the insurance company agrees they owe me the money).
In addition to this issue the front door lock did not work and the side door lock worked with great difficulty. The front porch with a wonderful swing was very dirty. Also the basement smelled musty.
It's a great location but find another house is my recommendation.

The home was very clean and perfect for our group!!. Parking was always available on the street. GREAT coffee and lots of food within walking distance. We didn't receive check in instructions before we got there but owner promptly responded to our message--even at midnight!! Great house with good management. Loved it!!

The home is very nice and we had a great time. However, this is advertised as a 5 bedroom house and it is definitely NOT 5 bedrooms. What they consider the 5th bedroom is a downstairs family room. The listing gives the impression that there are 5 bedrooms plus the additional family room space. That being said, it all worked out really well and we had plenty of room for everyone. The neighborhood is really nice and there is a grocery store and several coffee shops and a really nice bakery within 2 blocks. I highly recommend this house.

The home is very nice and we had a great time. However, this is advertised as a 5 bedroom house and it is definitely NOT 5 bedrooms. What they consider the 5th bedroom is a downstairs family room. The listing gives the impression that there are 5 bedrooms plus the additional family room space. That being said, it all worked out really well and we had plenty of room for everyone. The neighborhood is really nice and there is a grocery store and several coffee shops and a really nice bakery within 2 blocks. I highly recommend this house.

Our group of 6 coworkers stayed in this house while visiting Seattle for a conference. The listing advertises 5 bedrooms and shows pictures of a sectional couch with futon in a living room, which we thought would be comfortable for 6. Instead, we found only 4 bedrooms and a living room instead of the 5th bedroom, which forced two coworkers to sleep on the sectional. The home was nicely appointed otherwise, however the shower water became cold after 1 person which left the other 5 of us to rush through cold showers each day. Otherwise, the small upstairs bedroom didn't have a window covering which I didn't think much of initially, however the room was so small there was literally no space to change except in front of the window (my apologies to the neighbors!). I'm sure this house would be good for smaller groups, or groups with couples, but it did not turn out to be a great fit for us.
