This rental is also just five minutes from the freeway, so you can be in Park City and Deer Valley in about 30 minutes. If you decide to go into downtown Salt Lake City to check out the shopping and other cultural attractions, you're only about 19 miles from the heart of the city. THINGS TO KNOW A Pack-N-Play is provided. Cottonwood Heights City strictly enforces a prohibition on hot tub use between 10pm and 8am. Complex quiet hours are 10pm to 8am everyday. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Ski shuttle details: Park and Ride Lot across the street from community access Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
