This Luxury 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 8 with king bed in the master, a queen bed with 2 twin trundles, and a queen sleeper sofa. Recent complete renovation. The homeowner has installed an evaporative cooler for use during the summer. Renovation includes high-end finishes of new flooring, granite countertops throughout, sinks, hardware, paint, furniture, lighting, accessories and more. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Located in the heart of River Run Village, you’re steps away from the ski slopes, shopping, restaurants, nightlife, and local festivities. Don’t worry about shuttling or parking. Just park in your heated garage and you are steps away from the gondola! The private balcony is just off of the living area. Enjoy breathtaking views of the famous Gore Mountain Range, as well as partial ski slope views. This also overlooks Dercum Square-home to an ice rink during the winter months and a miniature golf course during the summer. The entryway offers mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience. The living area features a 49" LED TV mounted above a gas fireplace and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. The sleeper sofa mattress is brand-new with the best memory foam mattress out there. It is the same mattress used in several 5-star luxury hotels. The ottoman converts into a table top with 2 benches for extra seating. For those music fans, we added a Sonos music system for you. Enjoy a full-sized kitchen, stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. It features new brushed-finish granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats 4 with 3 additional seats at a custom-made table. It is so easy to come back to your condo for a quick lunch! The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and a mounted LED TV. The en suite bathroom has granite countertops with new double sinks and hardware, a shower/tub combination, and a door leading to a separate toilet area. The guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed with two twin trundles that pull out on both sides and a LED TV. The trundle mattresses are custom made with 8 inch high density foam, which is just as comfortable as a normal mattress. The guest bathroom is just off the main living area. It has a pedestal sink and a shower/tub as well. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. **Ivory White Bedding** This property has been upgraded with ivory white bedding modeled after high-end hotels and resorts. Enjoy the luxury of a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Featuring an uncompromising and industry leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after each guest stay. Condo was the perfect size for our family of 4. We loved the pool tables and hot tubs just down stairs. The little Keystone Village area that is attached had everything you needed right out your back door. The view of the balcony of the mountains can't be beat! The recently added air conditioner kept us comfortable the whole stay.

It was an exceptional property surrounded by a village that offered many amenities. There was shopping, hiking, biking, fishing, white water, rafting, and so much more. The weather was perfect and we were just between seasons so we had the place to ourselves. This was a beautiful park with responsive property management. Checking was easy check out was beautiful. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a comfortable stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! After snowboarding during the day we enjoyed the pool tables, hot tubs, and the short walk to the shops and skating rink. Everything was clean and well kept.

We were locked out of room late at night tried calling the “emergency” line MANY times no answer. . Sham of a rental company, take your money elsewhere they could care less about their guests. Check in process is ridiculous as well. We don’t live in the 90s anymore make it easier for guests. The property was beautiful, sucks they chose the worst property management group to take care of it. Not to mention SMCR blatantly lied about important matters, again take your money elsewhere. Unfortunate to say I travel frequently to Colorado during the winter 7-8 times a year for the past 10 years and this is by far the worst experience I have had with a rental company being negligent.

Buffalo Lodge was a wonderful place to stay. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We loved staying in River Run, even though we were there off season and many things were not open. It was nice and quiet. We visited Rocky Mountain National Park and Breckenridge during our stay. (Still snow on the mountains in June!)

Buffalo Lodge was a wonderful place to stay. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We loved staying in River Run, even though we were there off season and many things were not open. It was nice and quiet. We visited Rocky Mountain National Park and Breckenridge during our stay. overall nice place. May neeed to look into outlets in amin bed room..they did not work well as lights blinked off and on and one did not work at all....also some updates on couch pillows and lamps through out would be a nice refresh. Plug in shower off the main area is also malfunctioning

We really have enjoyed staying in the Buffalo Lodge. Typically we are late-season skiers, and the combination of location, time of year, amenities of the Lodge, and comfort of the condo are an exceptional value. We plan on doing the same for years to come.

We stayed with our 3 kids (14, 11, 8). The location is excellent for access to River Run and the gondola. We ended up using the sofa bed and it was very comfortable. That being said, the trundles are smaller/narrower than twin size (two fit under a queen bed)- one worked for my 8 year old but they were quite small for older kids. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook. Coin/credit laundry is easy to access one floor above. Views of the mountains are great from the condo and you can’t beat the location. It was very nice to have covered (heated) parking.

Hair dryer in 2nd bath needs removal, smoked upon use. closet door off track, dishwasher door spring not functioning, thermostat does not seem to work-room was warm at night. Convenient location, but found only 1 rest. with menu variety.

Summit County Mountain Retreats (SCMR) advertises 'Quality First,' an untrue assessment for their property management of Buffalo Lodge #8398 at Keystone River Run. While check-in was on-time, SCMR delivered the property with multiple problems (which even surprised the maintenance staff when they came to fix a couple of the items): clogged tub drain in the Master bathroom, broken shower head found in the other bathroom tub bottom, chips/cheerios/etc in & about living room furniture, missing linens & blankets for the trundle beds, electrocution hazard for a broken lamp caught before the kids tried to turn it on, damaged wall print frame, non-functional TV port/cable connection in living room, broken Master bathroom sink stopper, multiple chipped cups & two pots with food residue, stained range surface, broken/warped oven storage compartment door, and several other smaller items. Overall, SCMR failed miserably to deliver "value" for Buffalo Lodge #8398. HOWEVER, their greed to collect fees as a short-sighted property manager was reflected in our interaction with them...it also reflects poorly on Keystone Resort and the parent Vail Corp as a result of our Customer "experience." To be clear, this was not a vacation for us due to the outsize impacts of SCMR failure for their "Quality First" lie. This was family time we will never recover but will remember with other family as well as friends & colleagues...BEWARE.

Overall good. Great location, able to walk to the slopes. Big issue was the elevators: one to the parking garage down the whole time and the other down our last day so had to carry everything down the stairs 5 floors when leaving. Apparently happens often per another guest. Extra activities limited, ice skating rink and tubing closed, etc. The unit had some cleanliness issues (trash under bed and sofa) and the dishwasher rack needs repair/replace but otherwise very nice.

The lodge is perfectly located in River Run Base Area. Easy walk to Gondola from ski lockers. Our problem came upon arrival. Both elevators were out of order. From garage, we had to haul our luggage (Family of 5) up 5 flights of stairs! Major problem! Our first 3 days of 5, we had to use the stairwell. Not even an apology for inconvenience. With a premium property and premium price, this was a HUGE disappointment! The individual unit was very nice but is smaller than it looks. Saying that it will sleep 8 is a joke. We had five and were tripping all over ourselves with limited ability to sit comfortably because couch was used for bed. So, great location but the building could use some active management! Also, all pre check-in materials were very helpful...highly recommended you review it. Would rate this higher if the elevators had worked!

Loved the ski in/ski out location and the place was perfect for our family of four. The only reason I give a 4 out of 5 stars is because of the check in time of 4:30pm, which is relatively late compared to most rentals. While they do allow for early check in if possible, you're charged $25, which I thought was price gouging.

The property staff was there every step of the way to guide us in, with a quick easy check-in process, and to help troubleshoot once in our rental. The rental was very clean, well stocked, and with great showers! Beds were very comfortable, really appreciated the extra pillows and blankets! We would definitely come here again! My social media friends were jealous of all the pictures, so are now excited to have an affordable beautiful property to stay at on their next vacay to Colorado!
