We enjoyed our rental in McMinnville. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It is close to downtown and the university. It was quiet despite being surrounded by apartments. We sat on the deck and enjoyed the snacks and coffee. The grapes were exceptional! Pluses: very clean, convenient, garage, outdoor seating, plenty of linens. Cons: the living room sofa and love seat should be updated. We would rent this property again.

Nothing but good things to stay about this property and owner. Great communication and responsiveness. The property was perfect for our family of four. It’s located within walking distance of the main downtown strip on 3rd Street. Would stay there again.

Wonderful experience! Started with a welcome gift of wine, fruit, breakfast pastry and a bag of ground coffee. Very nice having private decks off the bedrooms and a wonderful barbecue to use. Looking forward to our return!

We absolutely loved our stay in McMinnville! Janet was a great host and easy to communicate with- she even left us wine and breakfast treats in the fridge! The house was clean and very easy to check in and out of, and fully stocked. Wish it was slightly closer to the Main Street due to my dad’s limited walking ability, but for younger people it would be a nice 10-15 min walk. Would definitely book again!

Great property overall and an easy walk to downtown. Had plenty of space for our family to cook, hang out, cool off, and just enjoy the final days of our vacation. It also had all of the amenities we could have needed, and came with great treats and wine upon arrival. Highly recommend staying here if you can!

Just minutes from downtown McMinnville's restaurants, shops, and tasting room, this lovely home is the ideal location to base your visit. Well-appointed, spotless and comfortable this is a lovely spot to stay.

We were attending a wedding in McMinnville and this VRBO was located in a perfect location. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen well stocked with utensils (I was able to make banana bread while there), and great water pressure in the showers! We had 3 adults and it was spacious. We will be back I'm sure!

We enjoyed our 2 week stay in this beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home located in a convenient location in charming Mcminnville Oregon. It was very well equipped and furnished with all we could need. The owners provided great communication and some lovely surprise treats at check-in.

Great stay. Close to everything we needed. Super easy check in and check out- appreciated that the list of things we needed to do cleaning wise was just rounding up towels and starting the dishwasher so we got up and out quickly our last day. Very clean inside and extra touches of breakfast were a nice touch. Will stay again.

When we arrived in the evening, the house was warm and lights were on - it felt very welcoming to enter after a tough 6 hour drive with 3 kids. Speaking of kids, my children LOVED all the toys and games that were provided. They spent hours building with Lincoln Logs and the baby enjoyed all the infant toys. This home was the most well stocked VRBO we've ever stayed in! From the pack n play, extra pillows and blankets, and an abundance of books and games, there was no shortage of entertainment. Janet also provided pastries, fruit and beverages in the fridge which was so wonderful since we hadn't stopped at the grocery store yet. The beds were very comfortable and even though the house is small, we never felt cramped with our family of 5. It's laid out very nicely. I'm sure I'm forgetting some things, but overall a very nice stay. We would definitely return!

We had three generations staying together and the house was an excellent choice. We were able to come back to the house rather than a hotel so we could visit and play games and eat dinner. This house had everything we needed and more. There were a ton of great details the owners have added in order to make the stay pleasant and easy. From the goodies in the fridge to the soap in the shower to the higher quality toilet paper…this house had it all. Checking in and out was easy and we appreciated the simple to do list the morning we left. The house is very clean and comfortable. The location in McMinnville was great - we were actually visiting kids in Newberg but anyone coming to see kids at Linfield or George Fox should definitely try this house. The restaurant choices in McMinnville are fantastic! We expect to have many more trips to see our college kids and will definitely be staying here again in the future.

This was a lovely home for us to spend 5 days exploring Oregon. It was very clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities. The home is very close to downtown and wonderful shops and restaurants, and is an easy drive to wineries and the coast. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The house was immaculate and everything worked. Clear instructions for check-in and check out. We were in easy driving distances to a number of wineries as well as walking distance to the downtown area. Great place to stay and would definitely stay there again.

We lived the home, layout, amenities and use of the garage. We did not find downtown to be walkable but would not deter from staying here again. Beds were super comfy, plenty of towels and well equipped kitchen.

Amazing rental

Very clean house with all of the amenities you need. A lot of extra touches that were appreciated!

Close to 3rd Street (10 to 15 minute walk) and grocery store. House is very thoughtfully equipped, clean and comfortable. We visited wineries throughout Willamette Valley and McMinville is a great central location. Highly recommend this home!

Janets was one of the most responsive and thoughtful VRBO hosts we've ever encountered! During our stay the coffee maker went out. That same day, Janet delivered a new pot which she had already cleaned for1st time use along with a Starbucks gift card for our trouble. She also provided unexpected treats to welcome us upon arrival. Her customer service is exceptional! The home itself is clean and comfortable and, I believe, recently updated. It seemed more like a home (lived in) than a hotel room (antiseptic) with a well-stocked kitchen and laundry facility and a large selection of books, magazines and local area sightseeing pamphlets. The side and back yards were well maintained and proved to be a great place to relax in the evenings. It was very warm during our stay, but the 4 a/c wall units kept the home quite comfortable. One thing to note: the shower heads are low, but the water pressure is great. There are 2 keypads to access the property - one at the front door and another at the garage entrance. Although there were some personal items in the garage, there was plenty of room for our car. No garage door opener was provided. The home appears to be the nicest and best maintained on the block. It is surrounded by apartment complexes and less attractive single-family homes. There are more attractive neighborhoods in McMinnville, but we never felt unsafe and were a short 15-minute walk to downtown and 10-minute walk to Linfield University. We would be happy to return to Janet's home if our travels take us back to McMinnville.
