This was a great getaway for a large group with teenage boys. The bedrooms were spacious, theatre room, loft/game room and pool/hot tub were a huge hit. There is plenty of room outside for everyone to spread out and play games. The kitchen needs a few additional pots and pans to accommodate feeding as many people as the cabin can sleep. It’s convenient to a dollar general if you forget anything. It was a fabulous weekend. We would definitely recommend.

The Pictures make this look like it is up in the mountains and make it look in better condition than it is. It definitely does NOT sleep the amount of people it says it does! People cannot sleep on those hard couches in the rooms! It needs to be updated and the floors and cabinets redone. The mattresses need to be replaced. One bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned. There wasn't enough cabinet space for food for the amount of people that it says it holds. The theater room was great and the pool was very nice to help keep the kids active. There was definitely enough parking. I loved that there were handicap accessible showers but it would be nice if they would provide at least one chair and a way for someone that is handicap to get into the cabin. The bar on the bedroom side wall could have been better used if they put cabinets and counters for food.

Very poor maintenance. Lots of trash in yard. Broken kitchen floor tile. Front door threshold broken. Tripping hazard. Rotting logs at cabin base on back deck and around fire pit. Peeling flap of paint around window in pool area. Holes in pool table pockets. Missing trim around kitchen island and around stove top. Fireplace didn’t work. No screens on windows. Peeling paint, front deck. Broken wicker, arms of front deck chairs.

Our vacation renting this cabin was good. I love Elksprings and their team is amazing. This cabin is nice and has plenty of space for 20+ people to stretch out and be comfortable. There isn't enough outside seating for people. There were 4 chairs total. The fire pit is great for nights outside. The logs for seating by the campfire are breaking down. The showers and bathrooms were clean. It was great having a washer and dryer on hand. The pool is a nice assest for the days we had rain.

I spent $1800 on 2 nights at this cabin so my friends and I could get a relaxing weekend away with our babies. The whole point of getting this specific cabin was for the pool. Upon arrival Friday the pool was broken. We couldn’t use it until Saturday at 4 pm. Management gave us $216 refund which didn’t really feel like enough since we barely got to use the pool. I also made them aware of many other problems that they completely ignored me about. The cabin was DIRTY, trash everywhere, ice machine broken, the roof was LEAKING the whole weekend (it rained all weekend), shower drains had hair in them, and a long list of other things. Overall the cabin was very wear and tear and could use some revamping to make it match the listing on the website. When I brought this up the only response I got was “we will let maintenance know” I’ve rented with them before a couple years ago and didn’t have any issues so this was very disappointing. Will not be renting again.

To begin with check in is suppose to be at 3pm My family and I we did not check in until close to 5:30 pm because the previous people destroy the cabin and left a big mess does not make sense why check in out is at 10 am.I was very upset that Elk Spring notify me only 1 hour before check in time ,we almost loose all the food we bought because it was just sitting in the car.The cleaning crew did a good job cleaning;however the pool was very cloudy and we did not use it because since the previous people threw up all over on a couch that it was removed, we were afraid they did the same thing in the pool.Lady that my husband spoke on the phone was very nice but she said that her bosses said that everything was fine.

The cabin was the perfect layout for all 12 of us and there was so much to do! There were 6 adults and 6 children ranging from 2 years to 14 years old. The pool was clean and the perfect temperature and the hottub was perfect! The theater room was very comfortable.There was an issue with overall cleanliness. There was trash in the firepit and a couple of the bathrooms had some debris in the showers. There was a leak in the bunkroom bathroom so we used another one but let the office know that's what we planned to do. It needed some basic cleaning of cobwebs and the grill cabinet outside needed repairs. We did not use the grill. There were cigarette butts in the front yard and some trash under the back deck. A few of the dishes had to be rewashed.With all of that said, we had an amazing time and there was plenty to keep everyone entertained. It was just what we wanted being all together.It might be a good idea to have someone walk around and take note of general painting of the deck and moving the cushions to make sure there is no trash.I appreciated the texts and phone messages of welcome and fast response to our questions. I think the communication of the management company was great.

The lights were dim. The cabin needed cleaning and painting. Toilet was broken for three days before fixing. Pool chair fell apart while someone was sitting in it. Needs more furniture especially in the bedrooms. On a positive note the cabin was located well to Gatlinburg and pigeon Forge and other amenities.

We had a big family so this cabin was perfect for our family. Our check in time did get pushed back twice which kinda sucked. Overall it was a nice cabin. The pool kept the kids entertained and off electronic devices so we were happy to have that. I would recommend to people. The only thing that would have made it better, is if it was handicap accessible. My brother is in a wheel chair so it was difficult for him with tue stairs. We made it work though.

Housing for 22. Parents(5) girls(6) Boys(5) ages 3below 15yrs. We are talking grown grand children. Accommodations was comfortable. Pool little cloudy/ ran out of propane in the mist of grilling but came within an hour. What I would do next time? Out door games this yard was leveled/ my own pillow. This cabin was convenient to outdoor trails/ Basketball court/ book store/ easy access to sunrise viewing/ llama/ waterfall/ Spring water Trails/ walmart and great apple pies.. Something for all my family. Great area. Yes we will do it again. Would love the same cabin as my family grow there is a smaller cabin in walking distance to this one. Love my experience and access to the cabin was great. Thank You

This was the second time my family vacationed in this cabin. We visit the area often and have stayed in many different cabins and hotels. This is our favorite. Elk Springs Resorts is very friendly. We had to wait an hour to check in because they had to fill the pool which never warmed up, the kids still made the best of it though. Movie theater is in pretty rough shape, light fixtures are falling, patches all over the walls and still had crayons and popcorn under the seats when we arrived. The game room was great, we spent a lot of time up there. The beds were comfortable, the bunk beds upstairs however don’t have a ladder to climb up and the mattress is pretty flush with the rail so we couldn’t put the little ones on top. Kitchen & bathrooms were stocked well with appliances/dishes and linens. The location was far enough out of town to avoid a lot of traffic and close enough to get to where you need. Our group had a wonderful time visiting.This is a great cabin but could really use some easy touch ups.
