Best continental breakfast ever in a quiet green courtyard. Home made yoghurt, jam and fresh melon etc. Our host Jean Luc was an extremely friendly and helpful host, the place was lovely and clean and our guest bedroom had a king size bed, great mattress and with a super bathroom. The location was great for easy walk to town centre, longer walk to the old medieval city and taxi to/from airport around 10 Euro. There is great public transport system (go to ATAC office for timetables etc) around town and to the old city so no need for a car

We arrived towards the end of another very hot July. A cooling tower/fan was provided but the bedroom would hugely benefit from proper air conditioning (as mentioned in. a number of reviews from 2019). It wasn’t completely unbearable but frankly it wasn’t comfortable for sleeping. The room would also benefit from a reading light at the desk and a small fridge to keep drinks cool, maybe an ice maker. Other than these things we could not find better accommodation in Bastide Saint Louis. We’d certainly return if air conditioning is fitted

Room is spacious, decorated with taste, well equipped with everything needed for a stay. Excellent breakfast in a lovely garden. Warm welcome from the owners.

Very beautiful house quite near to Rue Courtejaire, 30 minutes from the Castle. Jean Luke and his wife are very considerate and friendly hosts.

An excellent bnb room in a quiet location. The house is very nice with a beatiful design and excellent style. A very pretty room in wood desing and minimalistic style. All amenities were provided. The host was very kind and helpful. We were also offered to put the moto in their garage. The breakfast was quite nice, covering all our needs in a very beatiful yard. The medieval city of Carcasonne is at about 25min walking distance. We were also provided with a map of the with suggestions for restaurants etc.

Super friendly hosts, large room spotless and brandnew decorated with taste. With coffee and tea available in the room. Everything within walking distance. Very nice breakfast in the garden. It couldn’t be better. Thanks!
