Host was great and quick to reply! Bedrooms were comfortable and clean. Bathrooms were pretty clean. Kitchen dishes were dirty with food stuck on them. Same with silverware and utensils. Coffee maker water tank was dirty. Sponges for washing dishes were smelly. Dish soap and hand soap in bathrooms seemed watered down. Location felt a little unsafe as we heard gunfire the first night. We stayed for the Buffalo Marathon and it was a quick walk downtown to the event. Over all it was a nice place to stay.

Enjoyed our 3 Day stay there formy son’s College graduation at Buffalo University, went toNiagara Falls we loved it. I specifically liked the kitchen open concept. Overall I would highly recommend this houae to anyone.

Property was ok and proximity to downtown was great, but the neighborhood was not good and not safe. I wish we would have known about the neighborhood prior to the trip. We are not familiar enough with Buffalo to realize this was not a good spot to be in. Our Uber driver and people we ran into told us it was not a very safe area.
