It’s quiet, personal, friendly.
The place wasn’t clean, dinning tables, floor, couch in sitting area not once straightened or clean, TV room was messy- old TV on floor and old dvd player along with other electronics on couch the whole time we stayed.
The hosts were very pleasant, however we felt they could have been more pro active and offered more assistance and service.

good location, cosy, clean- comfortable beds and breakfast included!
really great and accommodating staff that makes your stay easy and straight forward! the shuttle is great!
I love this place but I think for the price (hirafu is expensive in general) a little more effort could be done with smaller details like serving proper coffee in the morning and maybe spruce up the common area a little as it’s abit tired looking or make the pricing a little more in line with what it’s offering 🙂
