Mega Tage zum Hafenfest gehabt und die Unterkunft kann ich nur weiter empfehlen und wieder Buchen

Es war Sauber…Das Bett sehr bequem und Ruhig…Die Lage sehr gut,weil man alles gut zu Fuss erreichen kann..S-Bahn und Bushaltestellen in der Nähe

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt sehr zu empfehlen! Sauber und unkompliziert! Zudem ein Fairer Preis.

Wenig bis gar keine öffentliche kostenlose Parkplätze. Man muss schon im Parkhaus (ca. 10-14 min.) parken. Aufgrund einer Druckerei im Keller, morgens sehr laut. Bei uns gingen die Maschinen gegen 07:30 Uhr an (Freitag). Die Kaution von 250€, die auf der Kreditkarte blockiert wird, wird leider auf Booking nicht erwähnt.

Unerwartet gut

Die Wohnung war schön und gut funktional für 6 Personen. Zimmer sauber und die Betten bequem

Der Hausflur ist nicht so einladend und lässt zu Beginn die Frage aufkommen, oh mein Gott, was hab ich gebucht? Das täuscht aber.

Cosy, clean, little room in Hamburg

It was super clean, cosy little apartment. Good and clear check in instruction. Well equiped. You have everything you need and even you can cook your food. Very good location near to Sbahn and Bus station in a quiet street just one station away from S Reeperbahn.

The room is just in front of the stairs so the sound of people going to other floors possibly disturb you especialy late at night. Maybe it is a good idea to install a banner for people to keep quiet after 10 O'Clock.

Lage super aber nicht ruhig

Lage von Wochnung hat mir sehr gefallen.

Leider war es bis spät Nacht sehr laut. Ab 7 Uhr war der Staubsauger am laufen, die Menschen von oberen Etagen sind sehr früh morgens durch die Treppenhaus gerannt und haben sich sehr schlecht benommen. Man könnte leider nicht ruhig schlafen und hatte das Gefühl dass man draußen schläft.

Nicht sehr schön

Die Lage war super und die Anbindung in der Nähe war super da man schnell nach a und b gekommen ist. Schreibe hiraus eine Bewertung

Der Aufenthalt zu zweit in dieser Unterkunft war leider nicht so angenehm wie erhofft. Schon beim Betreten fiel uns der hartnäckige Rauchgeruch auf, der trotz intensiven Lüftens nicht verschwand und die Atmosphäre beeinträchtigte. Zusätzlich entdeckten wir Schimmel an der Fensterecke sowie Haare auf dem Bett, was leider nicht für die gewünschte Sauberkeit sorgte. Die Zustände der Dusche, sei es durch Schimmel oder starke Verschmutzung, trugen weiter dazu bei, dass der Gesamteindruck negativ ausfiel. Die Unterkunft erwies sich zudem als sehr hellhörig, was in Kombination mit dem lauten Verhalten anderer Gäste zu unruhigen Nächten führte, wobei die Unterkunft selbst für deren Verhalten nicht verantwortlich gemacht werden kann. Die Anforderung, trotz des gezahlten Preises den Müll bei der Abreise selbst zu entsorgen, erschien uns als unpassend. Hinzukommend stellten wir fest, dass die Realität vor Ort nicht mit den auf den Bildern gezeigten Erwartungen übereinstimmte, was zusätzlich enttäuschend war. Angesichts dieser Vielzahl von Mängeln und Unannehmlichkeiten raten wir von einer erneuten Buchung dieser Unterkunft ab und können sie leider nicht weiterempfehlen. Wir hoffen, dass das Management diese Rückmeldung als Ansporn nimmt, notwendige Verbesserungen vorzunehmen und künftigen Gästen einen angenehmeren Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen.

Sightseeing von außen

Lage für fußläufige Unternehmen ganz gut, Fußgängerzone "Schanzenviertel" 1 Minute, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Bad gut ausgestattet, Küche für kürzere Aufenthalte ausreichend.

Sehr unbequeme Sitzgelegenheiten, zu wenig Handtuch-und Kleiderhaken (Garderobe) für 4 Personen, Platz wäre vorhanden. Das Sicht- und Verdunkelungsrollo in einem Schlafzimmer war komplett heruntergerissen und fehlte ganz, offensichtlich kein ganz neuer Schaden. Abhilfe wurde versprochen aber nicht erbracht. Schlafzimmer war bei Licht voll einsehbar, Verdunkelung unmöglich, wir sind daher früher abgereist. Kein Parkplatz, allerdings Parkhaus (8 Euro/24 Std.) fußläufig gut zu erreichen.

My stay was exciting, filled with activities and nice beers.

The property was down a nice quiet street yet so close to bars/clubs and a short walk to the docks.

I can’t fault the place, will stay here next time I need a place.

Ungemütlich aber für Leute die tief schlafen für eine Nacht ok

Check in war unkompliziert

Badezimmer ist schimmelig an der Decke. Futon Bett was qietscht und durchgelegen ist keine Isolierung zur Küche die direkt nebenan ist. Man hört jedes husten und niesen von den Nachbar Zimmern. Morgens um 6 wird über mir eine Spülmaschine angemacht und die Nachtruhe war vorbei.

A nice stay

Comfortable and quiet apartment, conveniently located. 3 large en-suite double rooms.

A small point but the common area doesn't have windows. The bedrooms though are bright and spacious. On my last night I received a message from the host "your time in Hamburg is coming to an end, here is what you need to do on checking out".. it was definitely a minus point to receive a message to remind me my short, weekend break was over on the last night, and also a list of chores already mentioned in the list in the apartment. I'd advise the host against sending such messages which are intrusive if you happen to have email notifications on your phone.

Gratificante con ubicación complicada

Todo muy limpio, cocina muy limpia para ser compartida, cubre cualquier necesidad del hogar.

La ubicación no está muy clara y precisa, nos costó encontrarlo y saber como funcionaba para adquirir las llaves.

Zimmerausstattung war gut. Zimmer war ruhig. Bett sehr bequem. Miniküche super, auch die Gemeinschaftsküche, obwohl ich sie nicht genutzt habe, aber super Konzept. Wasser in der Dusche schön heiß, auch nachts! Zugang super unkompliziert. Kontakt super.

Es hätte im Doppelzimmer gerne einen zweiten Stuhl geben können, habe aber einem im Flur gefunden, der geliehen wurde. Im Zimmer waren zwei von drei Mülleimer nicht geleert. Preis für das Zimmer jedoch zu hoch für die Leistung bei einem SelfCheck-in...

Okay, gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Das Apartment an sich ist hübsch, komfortabel und zweckmäßig. Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher vorhanden, ausreichende Küchenausstattung für einen kurzen Aufenthalt zu zweit. Nähe zur S-Bahn, um schnell ins Zentrum HH-Mitte zu gelangen. Zentrum von Altona fussläufig schnell erreichbar.

Die Lage gegenüber einem Suchthilfezentrum ist als Alleinreisende erstmal etwas unheimlich, allerdings abends geschlossen. In meinem Apartment hatten die Wände Abdrücke schmutziger Hände, über dem Bett. Außerdem stand das Bett mit dem Kopfende an der Wand zum Treppenhaus. Nachts leider unangenehm laut, wenn Mitbewohner des Hauses heimkamen und im Treppenhaus laute Gespräche führten. Ist aber davon abhängig, wer sonst noch dort wohnt. Trotz Nichtraucherzimmer roch das Apartment leider nach abgestandenem Rauch, so als ob jmd oft am Fenster raucht und der Qualm ins Zimmer zieht.

Drie aparte slaapkamers met elk een prima 2-persoons bed. Informatie vooraf over het inchecken was goed. Lokatie op loopafstand van het uitgaanscentrum.

Super!

The location was in one of the best neighborhoods, super convenient to reach by public transportation or taxi from downtown. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the bathroom was super clean and spacious, and the little kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. I found the idea of picking up the keys from the Box to be brilliant. The place was well-insulated from outside noise, but unfortunately, we had a group of young people who were doing karaoke from 4:30 am until 6 am, and we really needed to sleep. I know it's not something the accommodation can control, but it was just the experience we had that day.

Superb

It was very comfortable and not tiny. Heater in the bathroom and enough space to "breathe freely". Comfi beds and good feeling when we stayed there.

The floor was not clean in some areas. The WC as well when we arrived. There was no TV in the rooms. There is a drug addict centre right in front Parking was not possible .

We had a lovely time

Lovely little apartment, great location, clean and easy to access. The hosts were also kind enough to let us check in early as the room was free, which made arriving a lot easier!

It would have been nice to have a few basic ingredients such as salt & pepper, coffee (there were two individual coffee capsules for the coffee machine, but we stayed for three nights), perhaps some tea bags etc. in the kitchen area

Clean and comfy

It was very clean and comfortable for our family of 4.

Because there were a few apartments for Cube that share a kitchen, and ours being on the same floor, our jackets that were hanging behind the door smelled like the food that one of the other guest decided to cook. It was a very pungent smell. I do not doubt that it would probably have been something delicious but the after smell lingered throughout our whole stay and became quite unpleasant after a while. Perhaps Cube needs to look into really good exhaust fans to prevent or at least lessen the impact of other people's cooking(?).
