A nice location if you’re into the more loose night life etc, the owner of the property is an extremely friendly guy and I checked in very late and he was more then happy to see me to my room and explain how everything worked, room was extremely nice and cozy, definitely more on the romantic side so a good room for couples, price wise it was very reasonable especially considering the fact I booked the room on 30 minutes notice

Great attitude of the owners. While not looking like anything good from the outside it astonishes with coolness on the inside. Felt like opening a magical gift box but wrapped in newspaper... super style, very comfortable, private balcony, very cool bar, lounge... and the service was tops.

Very nice host who explained everything very clearly.
Location was amazing and shower was spectacular. Room exactly as explained in pictures and in description.
However, he charged 14 euros more than what Booking had written that I would be charged, and didn’t explain when I asked for an explanation. Another reason for the 4 stars were the pillows, which weren’t pillows but huge cushions, so we had a back ache from sleeping with them. Finally, on the last night the couple staying there was super noisy, asking if the woman wanted breakfast at 6 am, playing loud television and stamping and pushing things over.

It is very unique and great if you're planning on partying for a while around the Reeperbahn. Next to all the bars and clubs.
The owner is a bit specific/special. I understand he wanted us to know all the details about the stay but after a long day of traveling you arent really in the mood for a lecture. Besides that all good.
