La perle bleue de Setubal : cosy confortable et agreable

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l accueil et la gentillesse de nos hotes, tres impliqués pour rendre le séjour agréable. Etablissement en tres bon etat, tres propre, tres joliment rénové et décoré, confortable. On a eu plaisir à séjourner au Marina Blue apartment. Quartier calme, jolie vue sur la ville et sur l estuaire du Sado depuis la terrasse. Petit dejeuner varié et copieux avec produits d excellente qualité, servi sous forme de buffet sur la terrasse. La possibilité de déguster les vins du Portugal en libre service et à un prix tres raisonnable est une tres bonne idée. A noter que cet établissement comporte des escaliers pour accéder aux chambres et à la terrrase, notamment pour le petit-dejeuner, et peut donc ne pas être adapté aux personnes qui ont des difficultés pour se déplacer.

Rien ! Tout s est tres bien passé. Chambre un peu petite. Pas de parking réservé à l établissement. Mais on a pu trouver assez facilement des places pour garer notre véhicule à proximité.

BUENA RELACION CALIDAD PRECIO

Habitación amplia y con vistas. Aire Acondicionado. Facilidad de aparcamiento gratuito en las proximidades (también parking al aire libre por 3€/dia). Salón y cocina comunitaria. Muy cerca del centro de la ciudad (10 minutos a pie)

La via del tren está a 30 metros y pasan bastantes trenes (pasajeros y carga) desde las 5.30 AM..

Una noche de pesadilla

Desde el comienzo tuvimos problemas con la agencia que nos atendió: la llave electrónica del apartamento no funcionaba y en su lugar nos dieron un código numérico. Se comprometieron a intentar solucionarlo. Nos dieron varios teléfonos y crearon un grupo de whatsapp para informarnos. Durante tres días no tuvimos respuesta. La noche del 31 en las zonas comunes de la entrada comenzó un ruido insoportable: gritos, golpes, portazos. Una mujer comenzó a gritar de un modo espeluznante. Posteriormente ella abrió la puerta de nuesto apartamento y entró cuando estábamos acostados Después un hombre golpeó la puerta pidiendo a gritos que se abriese la puerta una y otra vez. Durante todo ese tiempo hicimos llamadas y pusimos mensajes al WhatsApp incluyendo los teléfonos de emergencia que nos facilitaron. No hubo respuesta . Nos sentimos aterrorizados y sobre todo abandonados.Finalmente tuvimos que llamar a la policía que acabó resolviendo ya al amanecer la situación . Ya de mañana comunicamos que dejábamos el alojamiento. Renovamos los intentos de contacto, y otra vez sin respuesta. Desaconsejo este alojamiento porque no garantizó ni nuestra seguridad ni la de nuestras pertenencias con una llave o una clave exclusiva durante nuestra estancia y lo más grave por su pésima atención de los huéspedes cuando surgen dificultades.

Péssimo

A vista para o mar e a varanda.

O nosso quarto foi invadido às 5 da manhã por outra hóspede e depois a nossa porta foi violentamente pontapeada por outro hóspede que discutia com uma pessoa. Muita violência e falta de segurança no quarto. O pior foi a total falta de assistência por parte do marina blue. Não houve ninguém para ajudar ou resolver a situação. Tivemos que chamar a polícia dia 31 para 1 de janeiro e de novo dia 1 para 2 de janeiro. Depois da violencia de dia 31 para 1 ficou sangue na nossa porta e ninguém apareceu para limpar nada. Péssimo atendimento, total falta de atenção e respeito pelos hóspedes. Foi um horror. Só a polícia nos prestou auxílio. Fizemos queixa duas vezes. Ficou registado na polícia e com fotografias e no fim nem houve reembolso total nem das duas noites que vivemos aquele inferno. Somente uma noite de reembolso. Vergonhoso.

It was a great stay

The room was lovely and the view was great to wake up to.

Maybe more towels provided for the length of time we were there. Meeting someone at the property as stated might have helped the questions we had to ask via text. Also a slight confusion about breakfast as from the reviews I thought it was provided yet they didn’t do it anymore.

Good stay

Location is very central & easy to get to.

The kitchen facilities are not on the same level as apartment & rather small. On one occasion a meal was been prepared & there were no wine glasses left for anyone else. There is a kettle in the room & a bottle opener so maybe coffee mugs & wine glasses could be added

Good value for accommodations but don’t rely on management for tourism info or glassware in the room.

Loved sitting outside on our roomy patio watching the ferry and all the action on the water. Good location and value.

We were given one key for 2 of us, so we were unable to come and go separately which was inconvenient. I inquired about a code for the keypad on the front door to enter the building with no reply at all. There was an information booklet offering bike rentals, when I inquired regarding rental I was told that was outdated information. Also offered were several tours which I also inquired about but again no reply. In fact after the first day management never replied to any questions. Not a great room arrangement to organize our clothing and toiletries, a bit cramped. Beautiful shared rooftop that could use a little TLC. Shared kitchen with minimal dishes. No wine glasses. Would be nice to have water glasses and wine glasses in our room.

Perfect hide-out for discovering Setubal and Lisbon

Nice location, good vibe in the apartment. Had all the facilities you could ask for.

the second bedroom could use like a door or curtain to isolate it from the living room in the evening.

Funky pad

Funky comfortable rooms with unusual features. Coffee machine in the kitchen was great

No breakfast ,for a bed and breakfast quit strange,a lot of recencions about the breakfast,they should take them off the website.beth was very small, and the room not dark enough.,

Exceptional

We loved how the hotel had been renovated showcasing the history of the local architecture and also of the area. The hosts Nuno and Silvia were extremely hospitable and made sure we enjoyed our stay. They gave us a day trip itinerary of the local national park arrabida which was amazing. We particularly enjoyed the terrace where they served a brilliant breakfast and could enjoy the coastal views whilst relaxing in the tub. The rooms were spacious and clean.

Amazing, above expectations

Room was beautiful , thé roof terras was amazing. Green with a small pool. Breakfrast was thé best we had ever.. People we're friendly.

Perfect stay with perfect hospitality

Very nice and modern room and bathroom with love for detail. Amazing terrace with sea view and very good breakfast. Recommendations from the host and in our case great efforts to book a dolphin boat tour last minute. 100% recommendable accommodation!

Wonderful stay in Setúbal and Troian peninsula. Would defenitely recommmend this hotel.

The roopftop terrace is absolutely lovely! Also the apartment we had was very cosy. The location is excellent for the local restaurants and for the catamaran port, if you wish to visit Troian peninsula. Hospitality of the owners was something we never had before; complimentary bottle of wine and some snacks and when we returned from our day trip they offered some feta cheese and tomatoes as refreshment <3.

Lovely hosts Nuno&Silvia

We liked our hosts very much, they were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very delicious. The hotel was very clean and nicely decorated. The terrace garden was lovely.

Room was a bit small but still nice. There could be a little wardrobe or drawer to put our clothes. That was the only missing thing.

We had a great stay!

Marina Blue is a very charming place. Nuno and Silvia made our stay very confortable and made sure that we had all we needed. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was very good and served on the nice roof terrasse with beautiful view on the river.

Superb

Super cute apartment, big with a nice kitchen area. There’s attention to detail in the decor everywhere and it’s so nice! Both the owners are super nice and friendly with good tips for going around. The breakfast is excellent and the roof terrace has an amazing view. Thank you for everything, we truly enjoyed our time here

Exceptional

The place was amazing with the view from the terrace where the breakfast were served. The owners very waiting for us and they were very nice and helpful, helped us with the parking in narrow street. They wanted us to feel special but it was more than that. Rooms are quite big, very nice and modern furnished and there was a bottle of very good wine waiting for us after arrival. I definitely recommend this place and would come again!

Very well kept and tastefully decorated guest house, run by super friendly owners. Very pleasant rooftop overlooking the harbor for evening drinks and breakfast.

As it is in the old town, access an be tricky for people driving.

Great location, within walking distance to Av Luisa Todi and the ferry. Cosy apartment, well decorated, great amenities and the terrace is such an amazing extra. Silvia and Nuno are so friendly and made us feel super welcome. Will return for sure!

The hotel was very nice, cosy and clean. The couple working there was so friendly and helpful. The location is great and the breakfast amazing!

The experience was what I expected and more. It was nothing that I did not like. Would recommend this hotel to everyone!

Exceptional

Amazing place with super friendly owners Nuno and Silvia. The room was beautiful and the breakfast really good. There is a beautiful big rooftop terras where you can sit and have breakfast or just chill & enjoy the sun and view. You are in the middle of the historic setubal centre within 5 minutes walking. Highly recommend this place!
