I purchased this home in 2012 from the original owners after being in their family since it was built in 1899. I brought in my architect and worked closely with him to create a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath (plus separate 1br/1bath pool house) home that would nod to the history of the area, while still offering all the bells and whistles!
