Situated in Keystone, this lovely condo for $76 per night is a great choice for your next break. This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 8 with a king bed, two full-sized beds, and a queen sleeper sofa. It features a wall of windows offering beautiful views. Ideally located near Keystone Lake so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants, and a short walk from the Keystone Conference Center. Guests of Decatur have access to the East Lake Clubhouse that features a pool, hot tub and sauna. You're also within walking distance of the Mountain House Base Area lifts. Some guests choose to use the walking and biking path where they can reach the lifts in 8-10 minutes. Or you can take advantage of the resort shuttle and reach those same lifts in 2 minutes or the gondola at River Run in 6-8 minutes. The resort shuttle stop is conveniently located right outside the complex. The architectural design of this concrete building ensures a quiet and relaxing stay. The entryway has a small area for storage of vacation gear, then you can head downstairs to the spacious living area that offers mountain views through a wall of windows. There is a flat screen TV mounted above a beautiful wood-burning fireplace. Comfy furniture is perfect for curling up in front of a roaring fire, and the sofa pulls out into a queen-sized bed. Extra sheets and blankets are in the closet. The homeowner has provided a selection of board games for your enjoyment. Near the windows you have a bistro style table that seats four where you can enjoy a nice meal while taking in the mountain views. The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware & tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area is set off from the main living area and comfortably seats six people and there are five additional seats at the breakfast bar. The guest bathroom is just down the hall and has a single sink vanity and shower/tub combination. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The master bedroom offers more beautiful views and features a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The master bathroom features double sinks and a door separates the shower/tub combination and toilet area for added privacy. The guest bedroom has more great views and features two full-sized beds and a flat screen TV. (For additional sleeping options, air mattresses are available upon request for a small fee.) Was hard to find my condo. Key cards did not work and office is not on-site. Beds are worn out . Baseboard heat not mentioned . Firewood not provided and none nearby. Pool house is nice tho .

We had a great stay! Loved all the windows! The condo had everything we needed. The process to check in was easy when we arrived at 2am. The sheets and blankets were the so comfy! We will definitely book again!

Overall. Adequate 👍 Second time staying here & my last. With late afternoon check in treasure hunt & 1000 checkout w/ fees attached if delayed my 2 night stay got shrunk. Oh and remember to start the dishwasher & pull you trash. Both shoulder season stays i experienced breakdowns (tv first then elevator) second bath shower still needs new mixer valve not repaired from last visit Fireplace functional but 1 log & no accessories or resources to get some Not being Visit ready earlier & exit punch list requirements sours the memory. You can get other guests to do the work. Next keystone stay I’ll be somewhere else.

Outdated condo but great location. King bed was very comfortable. Great if you aren't looking for anything fancy. Very close to Keystone slopes and nearby towns. Nice trails nearby and you can even walk to some restaurants.

The location of this property was great to the keystone ski resort. Only 1 parking space so we had to find an overnight parking for our 2nd car. The property was good. The living space was nice and open. It was very dated, it looked like it was decorated in the 70’s, but it served it’s purpose for our family.

Nice LARGE 2 bdrm with convenient location. I'll never understand why so many owners don't invest in good mattresses for their guests. We want to sleep well! Time to upgrade. One parking space is a hassle. Water was shut off at 830 a.m. with no notification. That was ugly, especially with a 10 a.m. check out, although we were allowed extra time.

This property was beautiful! It was clean, big and very comfortable for our vacation. Check in was super easy, the house was stocked with everything we needed, and we had an amazing view of the mountain! It was less than 5mins to Keystone and a quick drive to other things around like Breckenridge and Dillon. We would love to stay here again if we come back!

The reviews on this unit do not reflect the condition of the unit. I believe it rated at 4.8 stars when we booked. This unit is NOT that nice, when considering 5 stars is the best that exists. It is basic, but too many dated furnishings, poor maintenance (blinds that both function improperly, and some that are not even there, plumbing back-ups, worn mattresses, closet doors off their track, windows that don't completely close), that make even 4 stars a lofty goal. We requested maintenance for MISSING blinds in the living room on Monday, and nothing changed all week. We had to hang a spare sheet over the living room window for any level of privacy, not to mention the broken screen that remained in the unit the whole time. Location is great for the lakeside village and convention center, and I suppose at the price point it suffices, but let's not fool anyone that it is nearly the best unit available in all aspects.
As others have said which I believe isn't disclosed on the description is that you are required to use stairs inside the condo to access it. The door from the common hall into the condo immediately goes down 2 flights of stairs. If stairs limit your mobility this is not an option for you.
I agree with a review from August (Alida S)...this one needs some work.

It's unreasonable to rent a condo that sleeps 6 to 8 people and only allow one parking permit for that condo. The condo's parking lot among every other parking lot as far as the eye can see was empty. Understandable if parking lot was full however 98% of the lot wa empty .. I addressed with property management company they responded to take it up with Keystone Resort. We had 2 vehicles and had to pay to park our 2nd car each night. We still received a parking violation from Keystone resort. The paid parking was a 10 min walk from condo.

We had a great time at this stay. It was more than enough space for the 6 of us. We loved the location and big windows. The furniture was all very comfortable and were able to watch tv all together. I wish it was easier to access some streaming services on the tv as we only were able to watch cable, but we made it work. Overall good experience.

SCMR makes the rental process so easy. The rental itself was pretty dated, but it is spacious and easy to find. There is a full set of stairs down when you walk in the door to the unit- just something to be aware of. Only things we were really disappointed about was the main tv in the living room was not working well- probably the DISH receiver. There was also no basic kitchen supplies provided like salt/pepper, cooking oil, or coffee which was advertised. The main thermostat did not seem to control anything. The bedrooms were very hot and the living space was quite cold. We would stay again but with hopes that some changes are made.

We had a great guys trip, nice cozy condo with tons of space to spread out and put on all of our snowboard gear. Awesome location next to keystone, easy 10 minute drive to A basin or down into town. The elevator is a huge plus, we stayed in a different condo nearby the previous year and walking three flights of stairs in snowboard gear after a long day was truly a beating.
