This IS NOT A CONDO - It's a TOWNHOUSE with all the perks and feel of a Lakefront House including a 2-Car driveway at the front door, And sliding glass doors that lead you right outside to the lake! Perfect vacation or weekend escape! Wake-up to beautiful sunrises and coffee outside on the patio overlooking a quaint little cove on Lake Conroe in Walden. Two story townhouse that sleeps eight comfortably upstairs. Master bedroom has a king size bed and private balcony that overlooks the lake. Guest bedroom has 2 queen size beds and a full size bath en suite. There is a second full size bath on the same level outside the master. Kids will love sleeping on the loft upstairs that has a full size futon bed, super plush and thick. Fits two adults as well, and looks down into the living room and lake. Living room is AMAZING! Nicely decorated, sectional sofa, Smart TV, wood burning fireplace and wide open view of the lake. Completely remodeled open kitchen with all the comforts of home including a wine rack! Full size washer and dryer, dish washer, and half bath down stairs. There is also a game room with foosball, dart board, board games, a second fridge perfect for drinks and access to the front patio. Open up the patio doors and walk right out and literally jump in the lake, float around the cove or cast a line right off the bulkhead for some fishing! Outside dining, fire pit and gas grill for some barbequing or grilling up your catch of the day. There is a huge backyard and lake front gated common area for lounging or playing! The marina across the cove has boat and jetski rentals or bring your own. Our guests will have full access to a private boat launch ramp and all the amenities of the Walden including the Yacht Club, Sunday brunch, fitness center, swimming pool, playground, picnicking park and much more! It's a perfect spot for a family vacations, girls weekend or a romantic getaway! Located in Walden just a few miles from restaurants including Sams Boat, Pappas on the Lake and even a few wineries! We were in town for a conference at Margaritaville and it was the perfect location for commuting! The homeowners provided so many fun activities at their lakehouse (you definitely need to rent their kayaks) as well as the club amenities. Would definitely stay here again!

The townhouse had everything we needed! Rene was so accommodating and easy to work with and even provided an awesome restaurant suggestion. Our boys loved the game room and we even played a family game of Jenga.

The Townhouse is perfectly located right behind the Marina, great for kids to play at and swim without any danger of boats or waves. We really enjoyed staying there and just relaxing. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Thank you for a great weekend On the water.

The property is exactly as described. A quiet part of Walden on Lake Conroe, tucked away but very close to everything you need including a fitness center. The house is set up very well and very well stocked with the small items for a weekend or longer stay. Excellent communication with Rene and she provided great recommendations for places to go and see. The mornings with a cup of coffee outside are without peer. Thank You

Wonderful townhome overlooking the lake! Perfect for family with kids. Our kids had so much fun playing on the lake just outside. Fooseball table was a hit! Kitchen is beautiful, view of the lake from inside the home was fabulous! Spacious and clean home. Loved the many thoughtful extras like lots of towels, pillows, games and lake toys that made our stay comfortable. Host was absolutely the best :) Thanks for everything! JoAnnie & Brian

The house is cozy and backs up to perfect spot on Lake Conroe with a protected cove in back yard but easy access to open water. Home is outfitted with everything you need. Owners were super nice and helpful with every question.

Communication with the property owner was exceptional! Always available and helpful. There are a lot of amenities in this house to spend a great weekend with the family, specially if you have kids. The house needed a bit of maintenance but it was nicely decorated.

The perfect place on lake Conroe! Great for floating on the lake and kayaking! There is a marina close by for boat rentals! The house had everything we needed! The owners kept in touch and answered quickly if we had any questions ourselves!

Second year in a row to book this condo. Once again a great experience. Great communication with the owners. Amazing beds and comfortable home. Great location. We fished from the condo, hung out in the cove and used the lake for surfing and tubing. Central location to everything. Everything you need is in the condo.
