Second time staying at this location but different room and each time was a really nice stay.

Second time staying at this location and would continue staying.

No free breakfast lol but other than that it’s very nice and clean. This room I stayed at the other thing id say that took me a minute to figure out was the tub faucet.

The location heated pool chairs and umbrellas at the beach the easy walk way

The sliding glass door handle was broken. Staff was aware of it already and was rented to me anyway. The refrigerator wasn't cooling properly. The room which I rented online was much larger than this one was.

I truly enjoyed myself everything was good

I liked the bridge crossing perfect for watching sunsets .I loved the heated pool & hot tubs met a lot of good people on vacation there.

Our balcony sliding glass doors they’re heavy & needed a handle on the outside part the track also needed cleaned & oiled

We loved it! The mattress needs some help but we figured out how to compensate

The location, the amenities, the staff….. we will be back!

That’s it took me two days to realize there was a easy way to get to the beach instead of the stairs to the bar. Silly me

An affordable place to stay!

Proximity to restaurant, pool and parking deck.

View. Dirty chair that had a smell to it. There was also blood on white thin comforter. It was also listed as a king bed but it’s a queen. So much potential but the decorations were not up to par.

A stay that exceeded my expectations for a short and personal getaway.

The property maintained its value by offering a peaceful getaway stay to relax, feel at home and meet people with a friendly demeanor.

The vending machines were out of order.

Pictures are deceiving

The view was great.

One of the beds has a giant crater in it and has for over a year now. The other bed is extremely broken down as well. The dishes had pubic hairs on them, and there is only 1 fork. The shower drain was clogged, and we had to shower in shin deep water. No one was available to fix it until the next day. so I was forced to go to the beach shower to get my legs clean. It was after 11 the next day before maintenance contacted me about the issue, and they eventually fixed it.

We arrived early, but at the front board we were made to wait exactly until 4 pm, not a minute earlier:(. We just enjoye

The property has a pool and hot tubs, fitness center, massage place, restaurant and bar.

The room we stayed in was very small, we had to wash in the kitchen as there was no sink in the bathroom. The view from the window was directly on the garage and the tennis court, there were dirty heavy curtains on the windows. Fridge is very small with no freezer. The beach chairs were very old. Opening the gate to the beach was very problematic, as the code did not work

My vacation was ruined when I found a roach near the sink. I worried I would carry roaches home. Not to mention did they crawl in my food.

Cold shower but amazing view/ amenities!

We loved the location, pool, restaurant and especially the exclusive walkway over to the beach and Bon fire!

The room was outdated and very cramped And there was NO warm water for showers! Hated that so much!! (Penthouse Room only)

Would like refund. Had to go to another hotel due yo uncleanliness.

Location was good

Room was so gross and not clean. Remote was covered in wet substance, sheets were not clean, hair on sheets and dirt and scrunched up like someone had slept in them. Floor was covered in dirt like had not been vacuumed. Furnishing are also very old and stained. Walls had holes and large scratches. Needs renovation/updated furnishings.

everything was great except for the stress of parking.

the room, view, and location was great.

the parking is a big problem. We had to time going out perfectly so when we came back we would be able to find a spot.
