Located in Ketchum, this lovely condo for $198 per night is a great option for your next trip. First Bedroom - King Second Bedroom - King Third Bedroom - King This ground-level, corner condominium provides plenty of sleeping space and is close to the Warm Springs lifts. Please note that this home does not allow any pets. This is also a non-smoking home. The living room has a 42-inch flat-screen TV with cable, a wood-burning fireplace, and access to the deck area. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and access to the deck. The master bath has two sink areas and tub/shower combo and heated floors. The second bedroom has a king-size bed and an ensuite full-size bathroom with heated floors. The third bedroom has a King-size bed and an en suite full-size bathroom and heated floors. The dining table seats five and the breakfast bar has seats for two. The fully stocked kitchen also has heated floors. There is a nice deck accessed by either the living room or the master bedroom and views of the Warm Springs runs. The condo has a stack washer/dryer. Complex Features: The Sawtooth Condominiums are on Ritchie Drive and are within walking distance to Warm Springs lifts on Bald Mountain. The complex is close to après ski activities. Downtown Ketchum is about two miles away and can be reached via the free shuttle bus service. The shuttle will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, and to the Sun Valley and Elkhorn Resorts. Sawtooth also features a common-area hot tub as well as a sauna in the complex, and ski storage for all of your equipment. PARKING IS LIMITED TO ONE CAR ONLY. Please note: We will make every effort to ensure that you get the exact property you request. The location and size of the condo was perfect. We liked everything about it except for the beds. They weren't that comfortable. So didn't sleep that well. The beds are just a little old. The hot tub was gross!!! We called the property manager the first day we showed up about it and had to call the next day cause it still was not cleaned. It did finally get cleaned so we could use it on our last day.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay. The furnishings are quite old, but the space is roomy and everything was very clean. We only had two working burners on the stove, and the dining table light was intermittent. The wifi was intermittent as well. The timer on the sauna needs to be fixed because currently it must be held in place with duct tape. The beds were comfortable, and there's a pull out in the living room sofa we did not know about. We would still likely recommend this place to a friend but would like these items to be fixed for us to stay there again.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spacious condo but upgrades needed! All bedding especially, needs change! Comforters were thread bare, pillows stinky. Everything needed to be upgraded!! Doors and windows broken and wouldn’t open.

The condo is reasonable condition and is very functional. 3 BR, 3 BA with 4 bath vanities and sinks makes it very nice and private for 2 or 3 couples. Kitchen is very small but functional. Dining table too small for 6 people however. A very good value for the money. We would rent it again.

We are a group of hoteliers who have been skiing together for 10 years and staying at ski hotels in Park City and Vail. We decided to ski Sun Valley and chose to rent units instead of hotel rooms. Being colleagues and friends we valued that each room had a private bathroom and a king bed. The unit works great for location and privacy. We will rent this unit again.
