Situated in Glen, this lovely condo for $210 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Immaculate, spacious three-bedroom condo two-floor living in desirable North Conway location. Close to Story Land, Santa's Village, skiing, shopping, fine dining, and much more. Upstairs consists of the family room, dining area with seating for 10, half bath, gas stove with a real brick wall as a backdrop, and kitchen. Downstairs consists of a master bedroom with a full bath, a guest bedroom with two twin beds and third bedroom with three twin beds and a trundle pull out, as well a second full bathroom. I was fortunate enough to spend four weeks in this lovely home and couldn’t have been more comfortable. It is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood with lovely views from the deck and upstairs windows, a swimming pool, and a tennis court. A short walk takes you through the woods and down to a rocky stream. Two tasty eateries are within walking distance (Island Chef and Joe’s Spaghetti Shed). If you don’t feel like going out, they both offer take-out. It is centrally located to the many area attractions yet just far enough to be away from the hustle and bustle and heavy traffic of North Conway. The living space is bright and airy with a wrap-around couch, gas fireplace, large dining table, plenty of games and puzzles, and an entertainment center. The kitchen is well-stocked with necessities, and then some. With three bedrooms and three baths, there was plenty of space to spread out and relax. To my delight, it even had a jetted soaking tub! The host was very attentive yet non-intrusive. If I contacted him via email or text, he was quick to reply and thorough in detail. Even the long-time neighbors were friendly and accommodating. It’s rare to find a condo as quiet and inviting as this one!

Great location, close to Storyland and many stores and restaurants. Issue with A/C was fixed promptly by the property manager, and it worked great the rest of our stay. Loved the kid’s books, toys and games there as well.

We had a wonderful small family get together in New Hampshire. This place was great! We had enough room to spread out and not feel on top of each other. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all meals at home and the back porch was great to spend evenings outside.

It was a last minute decision to go North as our previous plans to be in Florida were cancelled due to COVID. We’ve spent time in North Conway area for over 30 years. This condo had everything. The pool and the tennis court were used every day.

Had a great time in the White mountains, condo is Very clean, ideal location with great ac and hot water. Brian very responsive to any requests , also had a pool for the small association of owners and guests, great WiFi.

Best vacation ever
My friends and I rented this place while we stayed in New Hampshire we bought the white mountains value passes and we were in prime location to everything on there the farthest we had to go was only an hour away! Condo is equipped with anything you could possible need and there is a grocery store right down the street just in case I would definitely recommend this place if you plan to be doing a lot of activities in the white mountains we were really only there to sleep and eat and it’s a quite neighborhood but everyone is very nice!!!!

This Home is squeaky clean,&EXTREMELY comfortable!
If you are looking to spend time in the North Conway Area, visiting Cranmore, StoryLand or Attitash, you would be lucky to find another Home that has everything that this Home has. I keep using the word "Home" as that is what it feels like to stay here. Everything about this place is comfortable and welcoming . It is spotless, the beds are comfortable, kitchen has everything, feels very big,3 bathrooms, great TV and Internet, the kids loved it and so we.
Location is convenient to everything, YET it is just outside of the traffic that North Conway often has. Extremely quiet, plenty of parking. It feels so secluded even though it is so close to everything. I HAVE NEVER HAD A BETTER VACATION !!!

Challenges with # Beds, AC, return of damage deposit
We rented this because it said it sleeps 10 but there are only beds for 7 or 8 if two people go in the queen. Site said there was AC but of the 2 window units, the upstairs one is old and works poorly and the second is an indoor unit with a hose that leads outside, also didn't work well and makes terrible noise. It wasn't that warm out but was humid so we tried to use AC units and were how and uncomfortable, it was fortunate that we brought fans.
We cleaned unit as much as anyone normally does when renting a space with a substantial cleaning fee, put away dishes, stripped beds, emptied trash. Yet we got a note from landlord claiming that we left the place a horrible mess, and very upset that that there was a spot of food in the fridge that needed to be cleaned and that we left food in the fridge. We were under the impression that the cleaning fee should cover actual cleaning. Note also said the counter was "full of garbage" and the waste bin was full, neither of which were true; we just put a few things in at the last minute, knowing that normal housekeeping services usually find other things to throw away. I wouldn't stay here if you don't want to clean for 2 hours before you move out after paying a hefty cleaning fee; the owner is apparently deadly serious when he states that you need to leave house in condition that you found it (although he states that the housekeeper will wash sheets and towels, well thank God for that!)
The worse comments were about the upstairs AC. When we arrived, I checked the filter, which is often dirty on AC units, and found that in fact it was filthy in this case. I just left it and cover off so housekeeper would notice this and clean it. Rather than apologize to me for leaving a dirty AC filter, the LL scolded me for loosing the cover and removing the filter, and also suggested that I may have broken the AC unit and would have to pay for repairs/replacement of the AC unit. IMAGINE that I didn't want to use a filthy AC filter or clean it myself. While we didn't break the AC unit, it DOES need to be replaced because it didn't work well and was clearly not well maintained.
Not being someone who likes to be extorted or threatened, I filed a formal complaint with VBRO against this property owner.

A nice condo with a convienent location
Thank you, we had a very nice week.
Your place was just as the pictures showed. This was a relief as this was the first time i had rented via a website.
The condo was clean and had a nicely stocked kitchen to cook meals.
The location was very near to some of our favorite spots to hike and swim.
The upstairs was large and clean with plenty of room for dining, watching TV or playing card games at night.
The back deck was nice to sit on in the morning or afternoon to relax.
The downstairs was a nice space as well. The master bedroom was clean and the bathroom off it was very well kept up. The bedroom with the double beds as perfect for two teens. The bunk bedroom room was a bit tight for space but my other two teens fit comfortably. More than that would be a challenge.
The two full baths in the basement (plus the half upstairs) was a definite plus.
Suggestions:
The camping grill supplied was a bit small to try to cook for a family, a full size grill would be much nicer.
The portable AC in the basement worked well in the hallway but if you wanted to shut the bedroom doors at night you lost out and it got stuffy. Some AC in the bedrooms would be nice.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider this spot again next year if we visit the Valley.

Comfortable and close to everything....
This is our 3rd year staying here, so that should tell you something :)
This townhouse is clean, cozy, comfortable and well taken care of. Our family enjoys going up every year. The complex is small and quiet and has a great pool. The location is tucked away but close to most local attractions (Storyland, Mt Washington, Santa's Village, etc).
Brian (the owner) is responsive and always a pleasure to deal with.
We'll be back next year!

Property was neat and clean. It was amply supplied with everything you would need.
Overall I would recommend this rental property. We had 9 people staying 6 adults and 3 children, that would be maximum for comfort. The owner was completely accommodating. We had an outstanding time.

Perfect
We rented this condo to go to storyland and santas village. This condo is in the perfect location. It had a pool for the kids to go into. We had one minor problem that we notified Brian about and he called immediately. Would definitely recommend it!!

Overall very satisfied with this place. location can't be beat. House is comfortable and just the right size for us. We were 8. 4 adults and 4 kids and it worked well
Pool was a 1 min walk from the front door and as a bonus we could hear the river running off behind us in the woods.
AC could have worked a little better but it was in the mid 90's everyday we were there so I'm guessing we were asking a lot of the 2 AC units. Overall I'm super satisfied and would definitely stay here again.

A hidden gem just north of N Conway
This property is in a perfect location, out of the congestion of N. Conway, but close enough to enjoy restraraunts and shopping when you desire. The morning sun fills the main floor each morning and a wonderful breeze flows through the many windows. We live in Texas so the tall trees around the unit and cooler weather was a delight. The unit is very spacious, well maintained and very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

A perfect spot, quiet and within minutes of many attractions and restaurants.
We enjoyed Storyland, Clark's Trading Post and the scenic railway. We were a very short distance from North Conway and enjoyed the shops.
We fished and went horseback riding at Attitash which was literally 2 minutes away. The property was clean and well equipped with everything we needed.
