The lady who saw me when I arrived and before I left was fantastic, she was extremely helpful and polite. We had a lovely conversation before I left. The room is basic but it meets everything you need for staying in Bangkok, it’s clean with a bed and a shower; what more do you need?
It was a good location for walking to china town, wat arun and the grand palace. A 7-11 and a self service laundromat was around the corner which was extremely convenient. It was lovely and quiet place with next to no traffic going past.

The woman who owns the property was lovely and helped with anything I needed! The room was more than enough, with a big bathroom and everything I needed! You also got free crackers, water, tea, coffee, etc… which definitely added to my stay! Felt very safe with locked rooms and also a locked gate for the property. Very good value for money, I’d love to go back!
The only thing I could say was the wifi was a bit iffy at times, but I’d have no other complaints!

Quiet neighborhood and great host. Walkable.
A few things were broken when I arrived so I felt a bit like a maintenance person to fix them. Also wish I could pay with card. Makes long stays hard to get so much cash.
