Stylishly furnished with bright interiors and stunning panoramic views over Raglan and the bar, as well as Cox’s and Lorenzon Bays, you can’t help but feel the stress melt away from the minute you arrive. When it's warm out, fill the outdoor bath and enjoy a warm soak as the sun sets. Then fire up the BBQ for a classic kiwi meal enjoyed al fresco. Bi-fold doors open out to an impressive sundeck creating seamless indoor/outdoor flow. Bay View Beach house is just a 5-minute stroll to the beaches of Cox and Lorenzon Bays, and a 5-minute drive to Raglan Wharf and township with its retro shops, and excellent cafes and restaurants. Surfers of the group will be happy to hear that they’re just a 15-minute drive from the famous surf break in Whale Bay. For a classic seaside trip to remember, Bay View Beach House awaits! Please note there is no freezer at the property.Please note that there is a limit of 3 adults at this property as the top bunk is not suitable for adults.Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year. This quaint little cottage has stunning views off the huge deck. The inside was very cute and well presented. It was smaller than it looked online but suited us with 2 Adults and one teenager and the outside space was incredible. The location is terrific, within walking distance to shops, cafes, and the waterfronts. The house had everything we needed in the compact but well-considered layout. There was lots of storage under the deck for bikes and water toys. The outside bath was very cool, particularly at sunset time. The neighbours were quiet and there was plenty of parking. I would stay here again.

House is well-appointed, There's a bath on the deck which we didn't use, but it looked amazing.
Definitely recommend this place for a quiet weekend. Can also highly recommend The Artisan Bakery, and Ulo's restaurant. They were our go-to places to eat. And of course Raglan Roast coffee - the best coffee for the lowest price. If you drink your flat white at the cafe it costs $3. $3.50 for a takeaway.

Lovely beach house. Fantastic decking and views. We spent a very comfortable Easter weekend here and would love to come back. Loved the bath tub on the deck!

Like this place very much and will likely book for Xmas again. Just the beds in the bunk room a little uncomfortable and we found it too hot to sit out on the lovely deck - an umbrella might be good. Good to see that the mat with the curly edge has gone!

We loved this place. Has everything you need for a weekend away.
Great spot for kids as they are well contained within the deck area, the outdoor bath is an awesome set up, and the views are great.
We were unlucky with the fridge not working during our stay so didn't get a chance to have a cold drink on the deck at the end of the day.
We'd love to come back and we'd stay even longer if there was WI-Fi so we can work remotely for weeks!!!!

I would have scored it a 5 star. The only very minor detail is that I had nowhere to hang my good clothes. Just a free standing clothes rack in the bunk room would have made it perfect. Other than that it was totally amazing. Private , functional with amazing views!!??

An excellent spot with a beautiful view, convenient short drive to the township. Wasn't brave enough to use the outdoor bathtub as a proper bath - seemed a little too urban for that - but the house was comfortable and neat and tidy. We had terrible weather but the house was warm and it was a great place to sit and watch the rain outside!
