Very clean, well equipped property. Midway between North Conway and Glen. Easy walk to the river. The pool was very nice and not crowded . We loved sitting in the three season room. Grandparents really appreciated the first floor master bedroom.

The location is ideal and the condo is immaculate. We enjoyed taking a short walk throy the trail directly behind the condo to the Saco river. We were able to use the owner's tubes and spend the day hanging out on the river. Inside the condo was very clean and comfortable - the AC downstairs and upstairs was a plus on a few hot days. You don't ever have to leave the property, but if you do, storyland and everything North Conway has to offer is only a few minutes away. Lisa and Steve were exceptionally responsive and helpful. We are so grateful and would definitely return. Thank you!

We stayed in this property in Intervale to celebrate our 22nd wedding anniversary. It was wonderful to get out of our house and enjoy the Mt. Washington Valley after months of COVID-19 quarantine. The house is immaculate and spacious, and proximity to shopping and natural attractions are incredibly convenient. We had our 3 children with us—our two elementary-age kids enjoyed the bunk beds while my teen appreciated the second large bedroom upstairs. The downstairs master bedroom is cozy and large with beautiful sky lights through which I was able to see a shooting star! The modern amenities like Smart TVs and WiFi were much appreciated as well. Be sure to take a walk out back to enjoy the natural surroundings and beautiful Saco River. Lisa is a wonderful host who is extremely responsive and helpful. We hope to stay again soon!

My family and 2 kids (15 and 9) stayed for a week and had a great time. It’s a beautiful 10 minute walk through the woods to a sandy beach area on the river. We all enjoyed the rafts that the homeowner provided. North Conway is a just a few minutes away with plenty of restaurants and shopping on a rainy day. There are tons of local hikes ranging from easy to strenuous so there is really something for everyone here. The location of the condo is perfect, very quiet but close to everything. There’s even a pool that was only crowded one time during our week, we usually had it to ourselves. The homeowner replied immediately to any questions. Thank you for a perfect family vacation!

We were recently there, it is a super spacious property with several rooms, several beds, we slept very comfortable, it has everything necessary to spend an incredible vacation, a private place, my children enjoyed the pool that is just a short walk from the house, they also enjoyed the saco river that passes through the back of the house.
