Room was excellent, very comfortable, no problems was warmish, but it was a warm week alles in ordnung
Rather negative welcome, checking in, told no breakfast bar not open that night and no mention of basement exercise facilities.
Poor for this standard of hotel, expected a leaflet about hotel facilities

The location was excellent—just a short walk from the metro station, making it easy to get around. The neighborhood was lively, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and convenient access to the city's main attractions.
No direct elevator access, so carrying luggage up steep stairs was inconvenient. AC was weak, basic amenities were lacking, and housekeeping and breakfast details were not communicated clearly.
