I liked the breakfast and it wasn’t too far from the fifth avenue or the beach, about 10-15 minutes. The hotel was not too noisy.
I don’t believe management is involved in the cleaning, and if they are, they don’t care about standards, the bed and floor had hairs, the covers had stains and looked like it was time to replace, towels were dingy and one of the coffee cups I grabbed to drink still had a lipstick print on it, it was part of the cups upside down ready to use. I also asked for a beach towel one morning and they said they had no more, thought it was crazy that a hotel would run out. Also the humidity in the room was not good, I could smell like mold or something humid, and didn’t like that the windows did not open, that would help a lot, they were also perspiring and water built up.

The breakfast offered lots of choices and the location was very convenient. My kids loved the pool and the fact it was open late
The pillows on the bed were very hard and we received towels with make up stains in our room that were supposed to be clean. The pool towels require you to turn in your room key so you have to fully dry off before you go up to your room which is challenging and honestly insane. The pool towels were also old and falling apart/hanging on by threads and frayed edges. Not sure who would steal them. TV also had limited channels and didn't work well.
