I liked the location. I used for an overnight stay to come and go back to the hotel. I wanted to stay at the Black See, which is e.g. 30 min. drive. The hotel provided an airport pick up and return for 70 euro in a luxury minibus. It was still better price than taking an airport hotel. That was a good an accurate service. I enjoyed the look to the see from the balcony and a nice walk in the morning along the coast. I did not ask for breakfast, but it looked good. I think this is just good for this type of overnight stay.
With open window it was noisy due to the flight traffic. The condition of the bathroom was acceptable and looked clean, but do not expect too much. There is no elevator, only a narrow staircase, which was not a problem for me, but those with big luggages it could be.

Very attentive staff. Evening meal and breakfast were delicious.
25-30min from the airport but no traffic so better alternative to staying in the city.

Close to Istanbul airport for early departure and right opposite the beach of the Black Sea with balcony overlooking the ocean
Not many options for food/restaurants
Pillows were very hard, unfortunately couldn’t close balcony door once opened, required staff help
