Situated in Norris Lake, this attractive house for $376 per night is a great choice for your next break. Brand new 3000 sq. ft. modern home located in the gated community of Norris Crest with one of the best views of the lake. It is located near Shanghai Marina. This is the perfect place for your family vacation. The open floor plan has a multi family design (sleeps 11), which includes 5 bedrooms (3 bedrooms have expansive lake views), 3.5 bathrooms, a large well equipped kitchen, a dining room with seating for 8 to 10 and outdoor covered deck dining for 8. It includes a spacious family room with a TV, CD/DVD player, and sound system on the main level. Walk out to the upper level deck with an amazing view of the lake, to a full sofa set, outdoor speakers and a gas grill. The lower level entertainment area has a TV with a sound system, a wet bar, a mini fridge and access to the lower level deck. The lower level deck has a picnic table, 2 lounge chairs, outdoor speakers and a porch swing with more wonderful views of the lake. It also has a stone walk access to the fire pit. A washer and dryer are included. The home has a covered slip at the community docks, which is a 3-5 min. drive from the house, for your boat and access to a boat launch. From the community docks, you are just minutes to Shanghai Marina, and a quick boat ride to the 'Jumping Bridge' (Cedar Creek Bridge). The home is 30 minutes from I 75, a 20-minute drive to La Follette where you will find all your shopping and medical needs. Norris Crest is located near the Deerfield Resort, which offers amenities including an 18-hole golf course, and two restaurants. Sitting between the Cumberland Mountains to the north and the foothills of the Great Smokey Mountains to the southeast it offers some of the region's finest boating, skiing and fishing. It is also close to Knoxville, Dollywood and so much more of East Tennessee.

Year #7 to Norris lake...we try to select different housing each year to experience different parts of the lake while cruising the lake on a Triton boat ⛵. This year was one of the best w this house. It was perfect form the property managers being very personal and friendly. Their neighbors were top notch. We metany down at the community dock and was welcomed like we had been there for years. A true community friendship in this nice gated area.
The included boat slip made it even better so we didn't have to dock at the local marina. The house is absolutely gorgeous and the view is breathtaking. We had late night fellowship on the back porch w our family, just like being at home. All the accommodations were over the top.
Ty again for the friendly atmosphere that we enjoyed a relaxing and refreshing vacation away from home 🏡.

The property had second-to-none views with an updated, comfy/cozy feel inside. There wasn't a detail overlooked in terms of needs; and every inch of the house was utilized - no wasted space. The "older adults" could socialize upstairs and the "younger adults" had an area downstairs to call their own which was just as lovely as the upstairs. There are 4 bedrooms downstairs with 2 full bathrooms - each side shared a full bathroom - genius design. This home felt like home. The Community Dock is easily accessible (2 min.) within the gated community and eliminated the dreaded stairs that usually accompanies a stay at Norris when getting to your boat. This property will be first on our list next year to check when the calendar opens.

My husband and I, along with another couple, just returned from the BEST week in this beautiful home! The home is perfectly situated so that the views of the lake were stunning from nearly every room. All of our evenings were spent on the expansive covered porch and the morning sunrises were stunning. There are many nearby marinas, including some with fun restaurants that we visited after our day on the lake (Shanghai and the Tiki Hut). We have stayed in many homes over the 20+ years we have been coming to Norris and this is the first one we immediately rebooked. Mick and Cindy are the most friendly and informative hosts we have come across…they very sincerely want you to enjoy your time in their home!

Relaxing week at the lake
Our family spent a week in this beautiful home. The owners are wonderful and quick to respond to any inquiries. The house is clean and well decorated and fully stocked with everything you need to cook meals and enjoy family time together. It was truly a home away from home.
We spent most of our week enjoying the upper deck with a breathtaking view of the lake. We were truly able to relax and unwind.
The kids loved having their own rooms with comfortable beds and the lower level to hang out, play games, and watch tv. We appreciated the selection of games, movies, and books on hand.
The house is in a lovely gated community high enough up the mountain for a wonderful view and though winding, the drive up felt safe.
There were stores for groceries and supplies on our way to the home, just about 20 minutes drive from the house. We also enjoyed a day in Knoxville, an hour’s drive, exploring the botanical gardens and Market Square.
We often like to stay different places when we travel but we all agreed that we’d love to visit this home again.

This is a gorgeous house, with a stunning lake view, comfortable and peaceful in every way!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and can’t wait to come back! A Refreshing Retreat
This is a beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood with an absolutely beautiful view! My husband and I were looking for a getaway and we found the perfect place. The owners have thought of everything. . . It is well appointed and so comfortable. You have the lake for recreation (Swimming, boating, etc.) and the surrounding area for hiking etc. Even walking the neighborhood is great, and we met people who were so welcoming. The home was spotless and as I said, extremely well designed and outfitted. Cindy and Mick are great hosts, and communication was beyond excellent. We have stayed in many VRBO’s and this is our favorite! We would give it 6 stars if we could. We will be back. . . God blessed us there!

Our best vacation!
We absolutely loved this gorgeous home. Every detail was perfect. I’ve never had such a comfortable and relaxing stay. We ALL loved it: from my eight year daughter up through my teenaged son and daughter. We wanted to stay longer!! The views are fabulous as is the furnishings and layout of this beautiful home. The kitchen is a cook’s dream come true. No detail was left out! Cindy and Mick are the ultimate hosts who provided every bit of information we needed and were just wonderful. I don’t want to rent anywhere else! Anything after this would only be a disappointment.

Gorgeous Getaway
This rental was the best I’ve had at Norris Lake. We have been coming to Norris for 20+ years to waterski. It was even more beautiful than the pictures show. Excellent design and function. We usually stay in lake front houses, but this was just as nice, as it had a private community boat slip that was easy to use. My family loved being able to get their walking and running exercise completed on the safe roads and trails within the gated community. We will recommend to our closest family and friends. Thank you so much for an awesome stay.

We enjoyed our stay! The home was decorated for Christmas and was absolutely beautiful. We especially enjoyed the gourmet kitchen, which was well equipped and complete with new appliances. The decks were great and have amazing views. We also enjoyed the fire pit. The owners answer every question and suggested great places to visit. We would love to come back!

Beautiful stay at a beautiful home and a beautiful lake
Our experience at staying at Cindy and Mic’s lake home was absolutely perfect. Everything was as stated. Their home is beautiful., welcoming and comfortable. The views of the lakes are magnificent. The location was great in relationship to getting to the boat docks. It was quiet peaceful. A wonderful place to have a family reunion which is what we did. Cindy went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect for us! Both her and Mic were very accommodating and kept in touch with us by phone if needed. Thank goodness

Lovely home and great views
We enjoyed a few days at this lovely property and would love to come back. You can really tell the owners have put a lot of thought in to making it a comfortable place to stay. The kitchen is thoroughly stocked and the furnishings are high quality, including great furniture on the outdoor patio balconies.
We really appreciated the detailed and easy to follow instructions for the A/V systems and check in and out.
The home does not have walk up access to the lake, but is maybe a 1/2 mile drive to a community parking lot next to the available boat slip.
Being higher up than many homes, and east-facing, it has beautiful views of the lake, especially in the early morning. In the evening it is pretty too, as the setting sun lights up the lake and landscape you are facing.
The gated community is mostly newer homes and was quiet. There was only one or two other cars at most at the parking lot next to the slips while we parked there Sunday - Wednesday.

Family Vacation- Picture Perfect Setting!
We are literally driving home and booking our next stay at your beautiful home! We loved it all and did not want to leave. It easily fit 2 families so well and was so very well equipt! Could not believe the amount of items in the house to just make the stay that much more fun and relaxing! Thanks Cindy and Mike for allowing our family tradition at the lake to continue! This is our happy place and we will be booking next years stay with you now!

Family vacation
This home is absolutely beautiful. The views are stunning, if you are not a morning person you will be after staying here. The home had all the amenities that you need, although not directly on the water, the community dock was great. If we were not on the lake we swam at the dock and enjoyed the wonderful cove where it is located. The property owners were wonderful and stayed in contact throughout the process. Highly recommend staying here. I honestly could go on and on, just a wonderful experience overall!
