About this house rental
Located in Ketchum, this lovely house for $271 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. First Bedroom - King Second Bedroom - Queen Third Bedroom - King This 3-bedroom/3-bath townhome is conveniently located in the Ski View Condominiums, which are about three blocks from downtown Ketchum and approximately six blocks from the River Run ski lift access area. It provides three levels of living space; the first level is the front door entry where you will find the laundry room with a full-size washer/dryer as well as a built-in wood bench to take off your shoes or ski boots before heading upstairs. The second level is where you enter the kitchen/dining and living room. The living area offers a leather couch and chairs facing the rock gas fireplace and a streaming 50-inch HDTV above the fireplace which is for your Apple TV account (no cable). There is a small deck off the living/dining area. The dining table seats 6 and there is extra seating with 3 bar stools at the granite island in the kitchen area. The kitchen has all modern conveniences including a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, stainless appliances, alder cabinets, and ample counter space. The first guest bedroom is also on this level and offers a Queen bed has No TV. There is a full-size bathroom in the hall for this bedroom and for guests. The top level is where the second guest bedroom is located with a King bed and has an en-suite bath with a slate shower and bathtub and a walk-in closet. The master suite is adjacent with a king bed, en-suite bath with a soaking tub and separate shower enclosure, dual vanity and a walk-in closet, a desk, and a 42-inch HDTV that is internet only, no cable. The master suite offers spectacular views of Bald Mountain and has a ceiling fan. High ceilings add to the airy feeling you get throughout the unit. Ample storage, a full-size washer/dryer, central A/C, private wireless internet, and easy access to all that Sun Valley has to offer, makes this property a perfect place to call home. At 2,000 square feet, this townhome will accommodate up to six guests. Note: This unit does not have a phone and there is NO GARAGE PARKING. The garage is available for equipment storage but not for parking a vehicle. Complex Features: SkiView Condominiums are about three blocks from downtown Ketchum and approximately six blocks from the River Run ski lift access area. This complex offers a peaceful escape yet has easy access to entertainment, dining, and outdoor recreation. Please note: We will make every effort to ensure that you get the exact property you request. If circumstances beyond our control prevent us from honoring your specific request, we will transfer your reservation to a comparable or upgraded unit.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We were three couples and enjoyed the three bed, three bath layout. The kitchen was well outfitted so it was easy to cook breakfast and a couple of dinners. This condo is three levels which we complained about after skiing but it was really fine! It is a short walk to town and a short drive to River Run. It was our second time booking a condo through Alpine Lodging...they do a great job!

The location of the unit was great and all the amenities were good. No closets in the secondary, only a some drawers made it difficult to store clothes for a week. The windows also faced the main road going into town, not very quiet. The kitchen level bedroom only had drawer storage for clothing. Parking situation not very ideal with the homeowner car in the garage and very limited guest parking. There are only 6 visitor parking spots and several other town units within the area. Locations was amazing, really close to town and the unit itself was well kept.

The home was terrific - very clean and well appointed. Hot tub great after skiing, and town fairly accessible by foot. Bald Mountain was not walkable, and public transit options were not clear. We ended up taking Uber to / from the mountain (not bad at $7 each way). Oven is not intuitive to operate. Everything else was great!

Thoroughly enjoyed this condo! Worked very well for 5 adults. Clean, comfy, great location close to downtown - only downside was close proximity to Main Street/traffic noise, but it did not prevent us from getting to sleep :)

Very good place for our family of 5 (including 3 young adults). 5 minutes from River Run location for Sun Valley skiing. There’s guest parking which filled up once during the week. Bring your own laundry detergent. Otherwise, the place was perfect for our holiday ski week.

What a magical and perfect 7 nights in Ketchum! The townhouse is amazing in every way possible and exceeded our expectations. The home is warm, welcoming and beautifully appointed. The unit is in a perfect location and there are beautiful views of the mountain from the master bedroom. We were fortunate enough to arrive right before the snow storm and we felt like we were living in a snow globe. The town is a Hallmark Christmas movie come to life. Barb is wonderful to work with and was very accommodating to our needs. The place was very clean and well cared for. Highly recommend this wonderful vacation rental. We can’t wait to come back!

Townhome is exceptionally clean and comfortable, with plenty of space and privacy for a family of four adults. Kitchen is well stocked, and location is an easy walk or drive to everything in Ketchum. Tons of walking/biking trails also nearby. Management company seems under-staffed - for example, some info in confirmation and check-in emails is outdated and inaccurate, so just be patient.

Worked great for us. We needed all 4 beds. Nice decor and luxury upgrades. Real close, less than 100 feet, to main road into town. Noisy with windows open. No common areas other than hot tub.

We were 3 ski chicks and this was a perfect location! The house is very comfortable with everything you need and great access to the mountain and town. We cut through the unit next door and walked to the mountain each day. We fell hard for Sun Valley- we will be back and would definitely stay here again!!

The place was wonderful. Great kitchen, fully stocked with appliances to cook, nice warm fireplace and access to a nice hot tub after a full ski day. Was a great place for all of us to relax and keep organized (mud room for ski gear, laundry, etc.) during our ski trip. Although centrally located to town and pretty close to River Run ski lifts you have to walk into town about 5 blocks to get the shuttle to and from the mountain (the stop right outside the condo only goes to Haley). A bit tough after a long ski day with kids. I would recommend renting a car if you have smaller kids.
