About this house rental
5 bedroom, 4.5 bath, 6000 sq ft Ranch home on 55 acres with fully stocked catch and release pond and 3 car garage. Sleeps comfortably 13 adults plus 2 full size mattresses and 2 twin mattresses as well as 3 blow ups some bedding provided, please bring extra blankets. Large sofa can sleep three additional. Over sized living area with view of lake with two over sized dining tables to seat 19. Fully stocked gourmet kitchen with 3 ovens, two sinks, side by side fridge/freezer, gas range, washer and dryer. Outside entertaining area with covered patio, fire pit, gas and charcoal grill, and ample seating for all. Hammocks, swings for children, ping pong table, trampoline, basketball hoop, and air hockey table. Wood closet stocked with wood for winter. Fishing doc just off of patio fully stocked with bass, rock bass, and catfish catch and release please! Cattle grazing on property with barn onsite. Driveway parks up to 15 vehicles. Bars, restaurants and Liquor stores near by. This is great for family reunions and getaways with family and friends. Home is located only 45 minutes north of Dallas, TX, 30 minutes from Lake Texoma and Lake Ray Roberts. Perfect place to bring your boat to enjoy public lakes near by.

The pictures do not do this treasure justice. It is immaculately and thoughfully kept. Families could stay here for days and not need to stray outside of the property. This place has it all-privacy, seclusion, activities, modern ammenities and lots of room inside and out!

We had a family reunion and used this property as a place to gather and be together. We really enjoyed the home. It is large enough to accommodate all of our family members. Great places to sit, talk and share as a family. Kitchen worked well for our food and meal plans. Catching bass, some quite large, at the very pond was an added treat!

We celebrated our annual family gathering. Had plenty pace for everyone both inside and outdoors. The property owners are wonderful. Our family had a great time and look forward to going back again.

The house had obviously not been cleaned for several months. Several live and dead bugs (some in one of the beds) and a mouse in one of the toilets that had been there for a very long time. The floors and surfaces were dusty and dirty. The property is beautiful but was not ready for our stay.

My family wanted to come together and fellowship outside of the hustle and bustle of the city. We were recommended this property and our host Robin was nothing short of amazing and the property did not disappoint.
The biggest highlight was the fact that we had the freedom and space to be as loud ( if you know my family they are loud lol) and relax.

Words cannot describe how happy we are to have made lasting family memories at this beautiful property! All the guests at the rehearsal luncheon loved it! Our granddaughter caught a fish, s’more’s by the campfire under the stars, morning sunrises glistening off the water, spacious luxury accommodations, life doesn’t get any better than that! Our daughter quipped, “Just so you know, this is my kind of camping!” Our host was kind, accommodating and available. Thank you so much :)!

We stayed here with our baseball family (head coaches with their families) and had an amazing time! Robin (owner) met us at the property and gave a tour to ensure we had what we needed. Nothing less than 5 stars! My only recommendation would be more/better lighting outside as to be lit up more, investing in a hot tub 😁, and having access to a bigger pier as the space was limited to 1-2 people for fishing. But overall would recommend for 4-5 families (keep in mind one room has a full size bed only then access to the loft where there another full size and 3 twins. That is where we put all the kids and we shared a room with another couple.

To be near our son’s Wedding venue, our family stayed together at this beautiful, spacious home. It’s a quiet location with comfy beds, peaceful views from every window, and it was very clean. The owners were kind and super attentive. They made us feel so welcomed and comfortable.

This is one of the best places we have ever stayed and was perfect for hosting a large group with kids especially after long drives as there was something for everyone and the scenery was perfect. Very accommodating hosts with in-person check in. 10000/10 would recommend for wedding families

Very spacious house and enough beds for everyone in my family to sleep on (20). Great outdoors area and direct access to the lake. Owner was very friendly and thoroughly walked us through all the amenities

Overall excellent
Our host supplied extras such as coffee, creamers, herbs and spices, large fully equipped kitchen. Perfect for large gatherings. Layout of bedrooms was a little challenging for our group as small children who needed to go to bed early were a challenge. For groups of more than 15, some are sleeping on air mattresses or regular mattresses on the floor. Worked ok for us but groups who want their own spaces should consider. It was a shame to have the pond but not really be able to use it. Stocked with fish but only one spot to fish from. Would have been nice to have a paddle boat or some way to get out on the water. Loved having the pool table, air hockey, darts, ping pong, basketball.

Amazing house at the perfect secluded location just about an hour north of Dallas. Perfect for large family gatherings and plenty of things to do at the house. Robin was a great host and very responsive. The house provided for all of our needs for the weekend. Highly recommended!

Location Location Location
We chose this property because it was located close to the wedding venue and could accomodate a large group. It is remote country living at its best. We did not get a chance to play with all the games available in the house due to our busy schedule. The fishing access was very limited, but we still caught over 30 Largemouth Bass up to 3.5 lbs from one spot. The house was spacious. The kitchen appliances were great for a large party. Seating was abundant. They were very friendly hosts who answered my questions quickly.

Spent the weekend here with a Father/ Daughter group of about 20 for a weekend campout. It's close to DFW, lots of room for playing, hiking and fishing. The kitchen was great for cooking big meals... the patio/ fire-pit was great for hanging out... Overall, a great destination, no complaints.

This place was perfect for my sister's first big birthday party. The location was a getaway for the family. There were enough beds for the group and everything was comfortable. I would definitely go back to this location. The host was also very responsive and made herself available to all questions, not that many were asked as she labeled and had everything in common sense order. Perfect stay!
