The view, the confort, the welcoming and the assistance of the host. the central localisation.

These are awesome apartments with plenty of space. Kitchens are really well equipped, washing machine is easy to use, rooms had plenty of space, shower pressure is great. The pool is lovely and feels quiet. Very good for people with limited mobility (Dannie met us with a wheelchair 😁)
The King size bed is fairly firm so be ready for that! The air con is cool enough but a little dated.
Traffic outside the hotel can be at a standstill between 4 - 8pm so use the BTS or order a car WELL in advance!

Very clean and great location with BTS just outside
When cleaning crew came in they turned off AC and we came back to a hot room

The swimming pool and the view were nice.
For the money you oay for this apartment, we would have expected some things to have been more luxurious.
Upon arrival we were told that since we were staying only two nights, there would be no cleaning of the appartment. Since the waste basket (no lid) in the bathroom obviously got quite full as in Thailand one does not throw the paper tissue in the toilet, this should have been emptied earlier, as two grown-ups were using it. Also, if there is no room service whatsoever, supply people with two towels each instead of one. A towel doesn't dry that fast and drying yourself off with a wet towel...not luxurious at all!
The AC in the bedroom was very difficult to create a comfortable room with. Eventually we turned it off and turned the ones in the other rooms on and left the bedroom door open.
Then, we have had way cheaper accomodations where the complimentary drinks contained more than two small bottles of water in the fridge. For 100 euros a night, throw in some beer and soft drinks!
Finally, the bed and pillows do not suffice. The bed contains a spring matrass, which hurts your back and the pillow is thick and hard, which hurts your head.
The location is disappointing too, but the view from the room and the pool were great.
