Great location! The yard saved our day.

This flat is rather worn down. Kitchen and table kind of greasy, furniture worn down, toilet seat tilting, etc. The bed rooms are on the first floor (duplex) and it gets very hot at night - very! Pls note that the double bed is for 1,5 person, not really 2.

the outside seating area was excellent and the proximity to the town and plage de Cible. property was self contained with private access.

didn’t like the lack of prior information about parking arrangements. Free parking was twelve minutes walk away by the beach which for older or less fit tenants or on wet days was not ideal. the nearby parking costs 32 euros a day but luckily for arrivals the first hour is free. the upstairs main bedroom just about accommodated the bed making the room cramped and stuffy.

Proximity to the centre of Saint Martin

All very good - perhaps main bedroom was a little tight for space.
