Very nice hotel with good facilities.
Great breakfast.
Every time we ordered food in the restaurant for lunch or dinner, they said certain items were not available. So we experienced limited food choices during our stay.

Great service and a true 5star experience.
Att arrival there was a issue with the AC in our room,
And as soon as we mentioned it they imedieatly upgraded us to a better suite with no cost and sent a fruittray to apologize the incovinience.
Absolutely top tier from a true 5star hotel and no BS at all. We will to 100% be back next time in HaiPhong
The surroundings wasn’t really nice, lot of dust and traffic with 0 areas to walk in.
