Great property! Very clean, great location and great communication with the property manager and owner. They also had the best beach gear (chairs, umbrellas and even a golf cart) of any property we’ve ever stayed at on AMI. Thank you for a great week!

This was our 2nd time staying here and sadly, we will not be back. Keep in mind, we are comparing our trip to the first time, and things really have gone down hill since.We had checked in on a Sat. & immediately noticed the townhouse had a smell and didn't appear to be cleaned.There was sauce splattered in the kitchen, crumbs on the table, grease on the counter tops, layers of dust and dirt and the bed sheets did not smell clean.We contacted the prop. manager a day later just to make her aware.She became very defensive and told my husband she knew the home was cleaned as it was cleaned Friday.She did offer to have her cleaning lady come over however all of our belongings were already there so it wasn't necessary.She then told my husband that it was a new cleaning lady and maybe she didn't do a good job.The property manager offered to bring over balloons for the kids to make up for the oversight of the cleanliness.We were not looking for anything free, we just wanted someone aware that it wasn't very clean. we found a condom wrapper next to our nightstand.I then notified the manager again to let her know(at this point) I was very frustrated.We pay a cleaning fee and clearly the townhouse was not cleaned.She reiterated that it was a new cleaning lady and she did a quick walk through Friday.She then mentioned that the homeowners have access and maybe they were the ones who were in the townhouse after it was cleaned.She just never apologized and kept blaming other people.While I was on the phone with her, I heard an older man's voice downstairs.My 4 year old ran upstairs to tell me a strange man was in the house.I asked the property manager why someone entered the house w/o us knowing and her response was, "oh he was supposed to let me know". We were never told someone was coming to the house. At this point, I became extremely frustrated and told the property manager that I wished to speak to the owner of the house because clearly, she was unable to do her job efficiently.The owners needed to know the house was extremely dirty (I wish I could post pictures on here).i NEVER received a phone call from the owners.The golf cart also had a flat tire.I notified the manager and was told it would be fixed that day.Nobody showed up until dinner time the next day and it was 2 ladies who asked to borrow our car jack. We didn't have one so my husband had to lift the golf cart for then to change the tire. Again, good location but definitely not managed right.

The reservation/check out was easy. The property isn’t 100% accurate as depicted in the photos. In the photos everything is NEW. The reality is it is not. If you want beach items besides towels, bring your own. The umbrellas (3) were all broken, the chairs are all rusted and worn out. The beach cart’s wheel has a crack in it. The noodles were all used up. We didn’t bring our own because of the pictures. We still used everything because we didn’t have a choice. The golf cart was nice but you can not drive it to the tip of the island, not even close to it. The limited use of this particular cart, as it is not “street legal” was a huge bummer. All these negatives don’t out weigh the nice facility we rented. It’s spacious, the pool is super nice, the grounds are well kept. The kids liked the gaming systems while having some down time. The decks were very nice to sit out on. There are 3, pick one in the shade to relax. The well stocked kitchen, laundry and bathrooms made an easy transition from traveling from Ohio. The outdoor shower was very convenient and private to get the sand out of your pants ;) The mgmt was very responsive to our texts/phone call. We liked the property, just wish the “extras” were as depicted in the photos/description. We made due.

We debated right up until the day prior about coming to this property from MN in the midst of COVID-19. We were so glad we made the trip. The property was perfect. A quiet week for social distancing, our haven. We could cook, watch movies, and play games (4 day monopoly streak). And the porch! Coffee and a good book every morning. The kids loved the golf cart and it was super useful to get all the gear to the beach. The beach is amazing near this property. Morning walks to watch the fishermen, lazy afternoons swimming, and watching the sunset with a pina colada 6 of 7 nights. Most of all, thank you to the awesome property manager, she gave us so many timely updates because things were changing so rapidly due to COVID. We will forever be grateful for the week we got to spend here as a family. Dreaming of coming back to this beautiful place!

Loved this property. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay. I highly recommend it.

This unit really had everything you need for a vacation rental and more. We really enjoyed the golf cart both from a utility standpoint and fun aspect. The unit includes beach chairs and umbrellas. These items you usually have to rent for the day at most beaches. We used the cart to take these items to the beach even though it is a short walk. Also, took the cart to dinner and grocery store a few times. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The Anna Maria treehouse has everything you need for your beach vacation. Location, stocked kitchen, comfortable bedrooms golf cart for easy beach trips and enough room for 6 adults. It felt just like home. Will definitely rent again if on Anna Maria island again

We loved this property. It was clean, well decorated, and well stocked with kitchen and beach supplies. Layout works well for a big family, and the screened-in patio was a nice plus. The "tree house" feel was nice, especially when relaxing on the back porch. The golf cart was an added bonus, and we used it every day to go to the beach (which is very close). We would definitely stay here again, and recommend this place to friends.

Just returned from our week vacation at this lovely home. The place has everything you could possibly need while you are away. Our family of 5 was very comfortable in the home. One of the nicest homes we have ever rented. The golf cart is a huge perk... almost a necessity for getting around the island without having a car. Place is exactly as pictured. My only complaint is the mattress in the master bedroom was a little too soft... but that’s just personal preference. We hope to return!! A couple suggestions: *Spare bedroom with twin beds could use some new mattresses. They seemed very lumpy & thin. *Some carpeting could be replaced - especially some of the throw rugs. Thanks for sharing your home with us!!

This owner over-delivered on our expectations. Believe me, we have high expectations. This property is lovely but most of all, the thoughtfulness of the owners to have this home vacation ready was very impressive. From the beach gear, to fully equipped kitchen, linens, activities, games etc. You literally only needed your clothes, food and booze. Location is great as you can walk 8 different restaurants in 10 min or less, the beach in a 5 min walk and the community pool is 60 seconds away. If you cook there is every kitchen gadget & appliance available for use. We truly felt like guests in their home, while they were away.

Everything was flawless.... From the booking process with Cheri, checking in and out, our week at the beach, the golf cart, and all of the amenities... The only downside was it just didn't last long enough... Thanks for sharing your property with us, we will definitely be back...

Plenty of room for our family of six. The golf cart made the trip so much easier, especially when we got caught in the rain at the beach (twice 😂). No need to lug beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach towels, it’s all there and more.

I’m writing this review of my stay from May 22 to the 25th at the Anna Marie Tree House up by Homles beach area. I was pleasantly surprised and felt like I was at home. I felt very comfortable. The kitchen and dining area flow nicely with side deck. I liked that it was screened in. It was very comfortable to have drinks and eat out there. The living room area was nice. Liked all the movies games and video games and also noticed they had a copier fax machine which was a nice touch if you have to work. I could see myself staying there for a good couple weeks and really enjoy my time. I was also surprised all the accommodations for beach chairs towels noodles boogie boards and a paddleboard that I could take to the beach. Also really enjoyed the fact that I didn’t have to carry all the stuff that I could actually take the golf cart and drive it over and park it and then go to the beach. The water at the beach was great! Never had so much fun in my life! I also enjoyed the swimming pool. It was very close to unit 32. It was not a very long walk. I also like that they have free buses that you can take to get around the island I also enjoyed some of the local restaurants and I found this really neat shell store so if you didn’t find any Sandollars on your own at least you can find some good ones at the local store there and was very inexpensive and I just have to say that I did try the bicycles and I did ride all the way up to the point and back down it was a good way to get some exercise and sightsee. I would highly recommend staying there and if I ever get a chance and opportunity to do so I will be back and I hope to stay longer. I think there’s just much more to see and do and I did get to see some manatees that was highly unexpected. - Cyndi M.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Anna Maria Treehouse property and it was absolutely fabulous. We were welcomed with cupcakes, wine and a sparkling clean accommodations. Everything a family could need was provided from beach toys to grill to comfortable beds. The house is nestled in trees which gives shade during the day and a fun "tree house" feel. It is within five minutes walking distance to the beach and if you don't want to walk; they provide you with a golf cart! At the beach, I was even surprised by getting to swim with manatees! So incredible. I would definitely return to this property. The management company kept the property spotless and were very responsive to any requests we had (there were a few) Thank you so much for sharing your home with us! -Andrea H.
