Bedroom 1: has queen bed and large closet with adjacent living/tv room, with sofa bed.
Coffee and beverage with small fridge in bedroom 1.
Bedroom 2: has full bed with a large work desk and closet.
Walking distance to a variety of restaurants and stores including: La Rosa's restaurant, Root Cellar Wine and Beer, Skyline Chili, Bangkok Street Thai restaurant, GFS store, Dollar store, 5/3rd bank and many more.
1/3 mile from Trader Joe's food store.
One mile away from the largest mall in Cincinnati, Kenwood Towne Center
12-15 minute drive to downtown Cincinnati.
Private parking at rear of building.
For additional cost per person, guests may request:
Charcuterie board (cheese, fruit, vegetable, meat) upon arrival
Full or light breakfast
Healthy dinner for 2 or more.
The owner conducts healthy cooking classes every Saturday from noon to 1:30 pm on the first level, therefore guests are invited to attend for a discounted cost of $25 per person. Health, nutrition and disease prevention are often discussed while enjoying the prepared food for lunch.

Guests are allowed up to 2 visitors total, no overnight stay.

This property was quaint and close to many businesses. Its location was a plus. It was located above a health store and Yoga place. Everything was provided, sheets, blankets, pillows, microwave and a small fridge. I felt the place could of been a little cleaner for the cleaning fees added to the rental and we were expected to take the dirty sheets and towels downstairs to a wicker basket plus take out the garbage to the trash bin outside.

Listing indicates that there is a kitchen, but there is not. Just microwave and kitchen "supplies", and Keurig machines. No kitchen sink to wash dishes.Electric outlets should be inspected - several were loose when things are plugged in, and one outlet under TV is cracked and should be replaced.Rugs could use a good cleaning.The hostess is very friendly and welcoming.
