We absolutely loved Knaust Hotel. It's a prime location and the architecture is unbelievable. Breakfast was brilliant and we enjoyed our 4 nights at the hotel. Thanks for making the stay so lovely!

Property is lovely looking and in a great central location
Our room was dirty , unclean , old wrappers in the cupboards and on the sides. hand prints all over the furniture and drinking items . Room was old , damaged etc etc . We stayed in the loft family room. Never again. We have stayed in this hotel a few times previously and the rooms were good. Standard of cleaning was just not acceptable. The hotel was so full we had to wait on two occasions to get tables to eat breakfast. We were told after asking the staff to just wait . No management of the breakfast area I’m afraid. Just not as good on this occasion as previous times.
